I have a 32 year old Maytag washer/dryer set. The washer stopped working so I called the usual company that I had done business with and was told it was a sensor and that the part was no longer available. A friend recommended Del's. I called and scheduled an appointment. The service Tech was on time and professionally friendly. He determined that it wasn't the sensor but the water valve. The part was ordered and he was back 4 days later to replace the part. The washer is working perfectly!

We are new to the area and we’re very fortunate to come across Del’s Appliance and Jason, the tech assigned to us. We are not familiar with heat pumps and how they operate. We have a faulty sensor that exasperated our problem. We truly appreciate Jason’s knowledge and patience in explaining how heat pumps work and how the defective sensor impacted the heat throughput.
While at our house we asked Jason to switch out our two existing thermostats to a brand we were more familiar with. A lot of other techs would have simply done it and charged hundreds of dollars. Jason told us that what we had was superior to what we wanted installed and again took the time to explain and show us why. We truly appreciate his knowledge, integrity and honesty!
Because of his professionalism, we signed up for the maintenance program. We look forward to seeing Jason twice a year.

Jason always does a great job! We have been using Del’s for many years — they installed all new HVAC in our house and took care of us during all the previous old HVAC system issues. I would definitely recommend them, especially Jason.

Our ice maker quit working called Del's and they came right out and diagnosed the problem as being a bad water valve. A new valve didn't correct the problem so they installed another one. That still didn't resolve the problem so at no extra charge they replaced the ice maker. That still didn't resolve the problem so still at no charge they installed another ice maker which has fixed our issues. During this process a water line that was disconnected for the repairs leaked and caused water damage to our finished basement. They quickly sent out companies to clean up the water and take care of the carpet including with no questions ask replaced a TV that was damaged as well. This is a standup company and stood behind their work until they got it right. I have nothing but high praise for Lynn, Bob, and Kimberly.

They just gave me a service window of 12:00 pm - until. Seems unreasonable, but since I am at their mercy, nothing I can do about it. No other available contractors per my Home Warranty. Very frustrating.

Del's Appliance and cooling gets a five star for the great service and followup, they were prompt, honest as I was dealing with a home warranty program. Dels' was there for me. After almost a moth out from a home warranty , Del's sped the process through. A big thank you to Kimberly, Justin & Steve for your commitment and great service and most of all satisfying the customer

I have had an AWFUL experience with HMS home warranty and Del's. It's like they're in cahoots together. Our AC isn't blowing out cool air, it's tepid at best on a hot day. On a cool day it seems okay but that's not when I need to AC to be cool, obviously. First, they came out and fixed a capacitor after 9pm (my window was 12-5) and the problem seemed to be resolved until it was hot again and we had the same exact problem. I understand that it's more difficult to cool a home in 90 degrees but the air coming from the vent should be cold and ours is not. I asked the repair man repeatedly why the air is not blowing cold when it's hot and was told it's because it will only be 20 degrees cooler than the outdoor air. If I set the thermostat to 60 degrees then is shouldn't be 80 degrees in my home with warm air blowing out of the vents! HMS wants me to pay a deductible every time there is a repair that is different from what they have already fixed. Why not just fix the root of the problem the first time, it shouldn't take multiple visits to diagnose and repair the problem? If I pay $75 every time the same problem occurs I could potentially buy a new AC by time they are done. It's hard to trust a company with such terrible reviews.

Del's came out last week to look at our carrier furnace, the gentleman that came out was very respectful and knowledgeable and advised that I was needing a new control board. He came out the next day to install it and it has been working great ever since! I have 2 young kids and we couldn't be without heat. Del's went above and beyond to help us out! I highly recommend them!!!!

I don't usually write reviews but this one is deserving. Jason has been exceptional to work with when our AC unit went down. He went over and above by coming back out a second time to address a smaller issue that needed attention. Can't say enough how professional he was. Thanks Del's Appliance you have a good one there!
