My husband got home at 4pm tonight, Friday, & noticed the A/C wasn't working. He called them, they said they'd have someone right out, & James, the owner,
arrived within 15 minutes. My husband stood outside with James talking to him while he was working on the A/C and noticed he was very thorough. He explained everything that was wrong & told him the price before he fixed it. He also gave great recommendations on how to keep it running efficiently. He had us back up & running within an hour. James was prompt, explained thoroughly everything that needed to be done, fixed the issue and also provided advice to help prevent future problems with our system. Office staff very professional and friendly! Technician who came out was knowledgeable and proficient and explained issue thoroughly and gave us valuable information on our heater . He had our issue with our heater fixed quickly! Very reasonable pricing! Would recommend to all our friends!

I called my my home warranty about my AC going out. They emailed all about comfort and someone got back to me in less than 10 minutes and told me there was someone down the street from me and that I would be next. He got here quickly, explained the issue and got to work fast! My AC should be working better than ever now!

Our furnace broke on the coldest day of the year and All About
Comfort Heating and Cooling LLC was the company our home service warranty required us to use. They came out and determined that we needed a new furnace and gave us a quote on what the labor would be to install it. Once we got the approval for a new furnace, they were able to install it a few days later. The service men, Chris and Jon were polite, prompt, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and explained everything they were doing. The new furnace looks great and they made the furnace cover match the coil casing for our air conditioner perfectly. I feel they went above and beyond and showed pride in doing quality work. I have used this company twice in the last 4 months for 2 different issues - my furnace and my AC and I could not have been more pleased with the customer service and the work they did. They coordinated everything with my home warranty company and made that process no hassle for me. I called my home warranty company this morning about our AC and got a return call from All About Comfort within a half hour, and now less than 12 hrs from my initial call my ACis running again I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone with heating or cooking needs.

Our furnace bit the dust during the worst possible time. James was able to order the needed parts and installed them as soon as they were delivered, even though that meant working a little late on a Friday. His compassion for our situation was genuine.

When my AC stopped working I called All About Comfort. James was at my house within 30 minutes of my call. He quickly diagnosed my issue and had my AC back up and running again even quicker. Thanks James!!

My furnace was down I spoke with Christina was given a 1:00 to 3:00pm same day service time of arrival. James the service tech called about 2:00 pm to let me know he was on his way. James arrived at 2:30 and had the furnace up and running by 3:30.Courteous people, Great service, Good price.
