James cmae out to look at my water heater. It was time to be replaced due to age and leaking. They came back the next day with a new water heater and installed it. Great work, great attitude and very helpful. This is the second time I've used this company. They came out last year for my air conditioner. I'd definitely recommend them and use them again.

Was pleased with timely arrival and courtesy. I was not happy with the trying to up-sale me for a new unit. I ended up not needing one nor was it an expensive repair. I would like to recommend paying with another source than a credit card as the machine/device used was not safe, scammers can hack it as is what happened to me.

Broken water heater.

They were very quick, respectful and professional. Replaced our broken and worn out water heater the next day. Left us with better install then we had before. Will definitely use them again!! Thanks for your hard work.

i have used these guys twice and i will NEVER go to anyone else. they are very responsive. they have been able to get a tech out to me the next morning after calling them. i have dealt with James and he is awesome. they don't try to over sell anything, and are very upfront and honest.they tell you what you need and repair the issue and even invite you to watch and will even share some tips and info. he diagnosed the issue almost immediately. These guys are awesome!!!!!

James is incredible! I had to eat a $99 service call fee from another company because they showed up and tried selling me an expensive service package that had nothing to do with the rattling that was coming from my blower motor. It took James 5 seconds to tell me what was wrong and give me my options. I researched the cost of the fix including labor and it was right on average. It's nice to know that I have my permanent AC/Furnace guy. This is the company you call and invite in to your home when you need help. Stop researching now and give Renee a call.

James was wonderful! He came out to our house a full day early after hours to fix our AC. He was very honest and strait forward about our repair options. Everything is working great and he told us to call back anytime if things weren’t working right and there would be no service charge. Will be using them in the future!

My wife and I needed our hot water heater replaced. The owner was out yesterday to give our home warranty the quote, we had our appointment scheduled two hours later. The two men who installed the new water heater today couldn't have been more professional. They left everything clean, tidy, and their workmanship really showed in the quality of their work. We will definitely recommend this company to anyone needing their water heater replaced. 👍👍

After our furnace motor burned up last night and left us with no heat, we called All About Comfort Heating and Cooling and they were out within 30 minutes. They diagnosed the problem, gave us options and VERY reasonable prices! They had what we needed on their van and were able to give us heat. They are coming back Friday to install a brand new furnace and for MUCH CHEAPER than anywhere else! Chris was our technician and he was great! He was friendly and very knowledgeable! He was able to explain what happened, explain our options, and get us taking care of! He was very professional, too!

We could not be happier with the service provided by All About Comfort Heating and Cooling. This is a family run business for families. My mother is home recovering from a total knee replacement when her AC started acting up and went out. Based on recommendations from a neighbor she called All About Comfort Heating & Cooling (James [owner] and Chris [James' son]) who came out to look at her AC unit. My mother called a little before 9 a.m. and though it was their day to be off, they (James & Chris) were out to our house by 10:45 a.m. the same day to take a look at the unit. Under the impression that the 20+ year old unit would need to be replaced, due to wrong parts being used from a prior repair, James and Chris from All About Comfort were able to replace the wrong part with the correct one and get our AC up and running like new again, instead of having to replace it. While here we also got a quote on a new unit (AC and furnace), which included bringing electrical up to code and other bits of work, and we were given a fair bid to get the job done and get it done right. Plus, had we decided to go with a whole new unit, All About Comfort would have been able to do an install the same week (which is impressive given this is such a busy time for heating and cooling companies). James and Chris were extremely nice to work with, not pushy, and very upfront and honest. They treat you like family and want to make sure they do the right job for you. Couldn't be happier with our service and will continue to use them for routine maintenance and future needs, including the new unit when the time come! Thank you.

Needed service the day before the holiday. Called at 8:00 am and received an immediate call back from James. Told they were to be closed today but were running service calls in our area and would be glad to add us. Chris arrived in the afternoon as promised and gave us our service options. He was not pushy when we selected the most reasonably priced option. He was very personable and made sure to educate us about our system. All About Comfort is a family run business. We are so grateful father and son both took time to help us today! Highly recommend.
