Apex did the install on my new construction home. They were easily one of the best subcontractors on the job-site. The quality of work done by Mark was up to my high standards. All ducts were taped and caulked where necessary. After three years, I had them send Mark out to do the basement finish work. Satisfied customer again.

I purchased two complete systems- 90+ furnaces with A-coils and 16 SEER AIr Conditioners for my home along with humidifiers on each furnace. The humidifiers were not working from day one. They have sent repairman to my house four times to fix them. The humidity in my home was a constant 19% after the last repair. Not at all satisfactory. I called the owner, Brock Mason, at this office and on his cell multiple times. No response. Because the last repairman set the furnaces to run non stop until the humidity was reached to what is set on the thermostat, the units never shut off. I now have the least efficient 90+ systems on earth. Very dissatisfied with a company, and owner, that will not warranty their work or respond to phone calls. I definitely would not recommend this company!

Apex did the heating, cooling and venting work on our new home and they have responded quickly to a couple of warranty issues that we have had. Their office and service personnel have been excellent! We will be using them for routine service and we would highly recommend them for their excellent customer service and knowledgeable service personnel!

Through a neighbor in our subdivision, I was given the recommendation of Apex Heating & AC, Inc., a Grain Valley company.
My husband called them. Promptly at 10 a.m. (as scheduled), a technician arrived to do general maintenance on a unit that hadn't been serviced in two years. The last company charged in excess of $250 so we kept putting service off.
When he arrived, he introduced himself and went right to work. As he was working, he thoroughly explained EVERY thing he was doing.
We had been told (previous company) that we needed a new valve. This technician said, "Nothing wrong with valve you have." Then he checked the humidifier and found it totally not working. And in fact, had never worked, even though 2 other companies had checked it in the past years.
There was a brand new filter inside but had been wired wrong so had NEVER worked. No water ever flowed through that humidifier.
He fixed that and cleaned all the dirt from inside the furnace.
AND the total bill was less than half of the last company!!!!!!

Pleased? ABSOLUTELY PLEASED!!! This company tech was great and I'm assuming the entire company is just like him.
WE DEFINITELY WILL BE RECOMMENDING APEX HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING INC.

I will never use this company. The drivers of the vehicles were swerving all over the road and tailgating. When I confronted the drivers their justification was that they needed to get to work. Their drivers were disrespectful. Based on the attitude of the drivers I highly recommend that you never use this company.

Apex Heating & Air Conditioning Inc has maintained our Hvac equipment for over 20 years. They have always sent well qualified, professional, and personable technicians to service the equipment. They were out today and represented them well and gave us great service. Highly recommended.

We have used Apex Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. on so many jobs I cannot count. We have had them replace whole systems on multiple houses. They are trustworthy, punctual and professional. Would definitely use their services for any future work. Thank you guys.

We purchased this home new 1st Dec 2016. Apex of Grain Valley installed the heating & cooling system. April 2020 called them as system not cooling . Called them as system was under warranty and service call was $130.00 which I didnt have a problem with even which they were higher as all others were around $75.00 for a service call. My problem is they charged me $429.00 less $100.00 discount to repair a bad solder joint inside the furance that let all freon leak out. This was poor work which I had to pay for there mistake. Total Bill was $486.88 . $329.00 to repair leak & Freon, $27.88 Sales tax, $130.00 Service Call. $329.00 was leak repair. Missouri doesnt charge sales tax on labor so are they saying the $329.00 was freon or was it an overcharge

We have used Apex Heating & Air Conditioning Inc for so many years. The services included complete A/C unit installation, services and maintenance and on occasions emergency breakdowns. Their prices are reasonable and the best in the market. Give them a try!

I just can't imagine that a heating cooling company could be better than Apex! Last week it was in the mid-90s and our A/C unit stopped blowing and the temperature started to rise in our house. In my mind I am thinking we are going to have to get a hotel room and fork out several thousands of dollars to put a new A/C in our house. However, as I started to make calls I got someone from Apex on the phone, they sympathized with my misery and arranged for someone to come out to our house that day! So I'm already pretty impressed because I know as late as it was the guy that was coming probably was working overtime in order to come try and help us. He shows up and takes a look at our unit, and I'm expecting the worst when he comes back inside (our a/c is a little old) he has a little part in his hand and said this little guy was our problem! He fixed it very quickly and at a very good price! Then after he was done he came back in (off the clock I might add) and gave us all these helpful little tips on maintaining our heating and cooling systems in our house. I will never do business with another company, Apex blew me away with their rapid response time and they didn't try and sell me something I didnt need, they went above and beyond to return the comfort to our home!
