Ideal Temp Heating & Cooling

These guys are awesome! My water heater went out so I reached out to Matt(the owner) to get an appointment scheduled. He had his team come out the NEXT day first thing in the AM to get it resolved. Joe E (I’m guessing team lead technician) was more than helpful and thorough throughout the entire process. Him and his team not only installed my heater within a timely manner, but went above and beyond and caught a gas leak inside and outside of my home. Joe stayed while Spire fixed the leak and then followed up with my heater to ensure everything was up and running correctly. Overall service took maybe 30 minutes but Joe ended up being here for about 2 hours to ensure everything was good & even dealt with the gas company for me. Shout out to Joe & Matt for an overall great experience! Highly recommend this company if you want quality work, a fair price & amazing customer service!! 👌🏼

Our technician today was Cole Hunter. He was very professional and thorough. He investigated our A/C problem, gave us a couple of options, did what was necessary to get our unit going again, and shared photos of before and after work done on our A/C unit. Even though our unit is old, there was no pressure to invest in a brand new unit, but rather gave us options for the future with his company. He was very personable and easy to talk to about his process. He explained everything so we completely understood. He gave us info as to what to watch for if the unit acts up again and a sticker with his company's contact when needed. I would refer family and friends to this company. Thank you so much. We will keep Cole in mind for all repairs and or installation of a new unit.

Our AC went out on a Friday night, and we had to wait until Monday morning to get someone out to look at it, but I'm glad we waited. Morgan diagnosed our system and did a great job of providing us with all the options for repair or replacement. We ended up replacing the entire system, which we knew was coming soon anyway. They came out the very next day and did the work and were very professional. Morgan worked with us to get the system we needed and even tried a quick fix, free of charge, to see if we could get some air Monday night. It didn't work, so we had one more hot night, but it was amazing that he tried so hard to help us out even after the sale was made. He really cares about people and enjoys helping. They provide a great warranty and service plan when you get a system from them. I feel like I really understand the system better after Morgan's explanations, and we are set up to succeed with the new system. We are very happy with this company and will definitely recommend them to everyone in the area.

I came home from vacation and it was to a hot house. I called Ideal Temp heating and cooling and within a couple of hours, Dre was here to diagnose the situation. Everything he did, he explained it to me before. He gave me options and really cared about his job! I would highly recommend!! Dre was awesome!

Our A/C unit went out in our home today. So we called Ideal Temp Heating & Cooling, unfortunately all the technicians were completely booked today. But the owner said he could squeeze us and he came out himself and changed out our old unit to the latest and greatest on such short notice definitely recommend this company!

And text you before they come out. Morgan showed up on time and was very professional…he explained all of the issues and helped me install a new allergy reduction system on my furnace. Very pleased with Morgan and his service. Wasn’t sales like just explained the facts. I signed up with a twice a year service plan.

After trying to do a repair to our system. It was found that the unit was on its last leg, and we found out that when the outside temp would reach over 85 the A/C could not handle it anymore. We let Ideal temp know we were ready to talk about replacement options Morgan got us setup quickly with a time that worked for us. Went over all the options in detail that were available. He did not try and force any option on us or make it sound like we had to go with anything that would cost us more money. The process was easy and scheduled installation the next day. They are worth the price just for the knowledge and customer service that they provide. Update had our second maintenance scheduled Cole came out was punctual and courteous did his job quickly and explained everything. Proof that ideal temp hires quality people. Thanks Ideal Temp.

Morgan and the Ideal Temp team were absolutely fantastic. Our furnace went out this winter during a couple of terribly cold days. The furnace also started leaking carbon monoxide at the time too. This occurred right before 5 pm. Ideal Temp was the only heating and cooling company available to check our furnace the next day. However, Morgan was nearby and came to check it that very night. He was able to get his installation team to my house the next day! I cannot stress enough how above and beyond Ideal Temp went. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
