I would recommend All About Comfort to any and everyone! Professional, prompt, and honest. These guys are All Stars. Our heat pump stopped working, they came out and got it back up and running when no one else could. Thanks guys!

The best in town! Our AC stopped working only two months after buying our house. Thankfully we had the sellers buy a platinum home warranty from old republic. They recommended All About Comfort as one of their local vendors. The technician was out to do an assessment within 48 hours. They determined we needed a new AC unit completely, which made sense since the old AC had to be recharged before we bought the house. After getting approval for all the parts they scheduled to install the new AC the day after the parts arrived… Quick service to be sure. We had an issue with the pipes freezing up about 30 days after installation. They came out early the next day to assess and ordered a new condenser before they left just in case that needed to be replaced. They came out twice that day to work on the units and they will be following up with a visit in the next 48 hours as well just to make sure everything works well. I have been blown away by the responsiveness and professionalism. I would recommend these folks to anybody looking for an honest and awesome HVAC company.

The tech came out way quicker than I expected and was able to diagnose and repair the problem within hours.
He jumped right on the problem with the unit just in time for Memorial Day.

Very nice, very clean job. They came out quick after our a/c died and got it replaced the same week.

They refused to schedule an appointment when my AC went out. The owner prohibited the worker from helping me because I don’t have their preferred home warranty. Even though I was going to pay out of my own pocket.

Edit: Minutes after posting this review, the owner personally called me and cussed me out just because I wrote the prior message above. He spoke extremely disrespectfully about my parents, even though I reached out in hopes of getting my AC fixed by a company I thought was useful and respectable. He took what I said personally and was extremely unprofessional. A real “hardworking American company” would have professionally explained why they can’t service me even though I was willing to pay out of pocket instead of bringing up my own personal life. Terrible experience, never recommending this gentleman or his company again. He was having a bad day and took it out on me, it seems.

Outstanding service and professionalism from first contact to the end of service. Will be using them for all of our heating and cooling needs in the future. Recommended!

James answered all of our questions thoroughly. This was both a furnace replacement and water heater replacement so they had their hands very full. And on such an incredibly cold day! We will definitely be contacting this company again, most likely in regard to inspecting our air conditioning unit. Amazing service! Highly recommend!

I was very upset when they first came because our warranty company (not affiliated with them) had handled another repair poorly and I thought here we go again dealing with another one of "their contractors". Thanks to James, Renee and their team at All About Comfort my faith in my warranty company has been restored. I will recommend them and call them anytime we have an issue warranty or not Their service was so great - they were on time, kept communication about our parts, and once in promptly fixed the issue. What great service! Due to a storm during my scheduled appointment, he came back out on his day off to make sure we were up and running during a heat wave. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Also very honest. A mouse chewed through some wires, so he just repaired the wires and all was good. A less ethical company could easily have tried to sell me a whole new system, and I would have been none the wiser. I highly recommend All About Comfort!
