A/C Service is excellent. They were able to come out late on a Friday evening during heatwave. Quick diagnosis and service and were back in a cool house before bedtime. We were invited to watch and learn as he worked on the A/C system. Top tier display equipment to ensure the we understood what is being done and in the end is quite educational.

James and All About Comfort provided excellent, timely, financially reasonable service. The best endorsement is this: I will definitely be calling them again when I have an HVAC issue.

Renee and installation crew went above and beyond to help us with our leaky water heater and our warranty company. They communicated often through the process to keep us updated! Would highly recommend them!

Great experience with All About Comfort. Both the office staff (Rene and James) and the technician (Chris) were top notch. My problems began late on a Friday afternoon, yet I received prompt attention and scheduled an appointment. Then, Rene called me back and explained she and James found a way to give me an earlier appointment based on all the noise she could hear my AC making in the background. When Chris came out he was thorough, polite and went over and above making sure all was completed to my satisfaction. Thanks to James, Rene and Chris for being such a great team.

I had a problem with my air-conditioning unit overnight and I was called first thing the next morning. They were here within two hours and fix the problem in 20 minutes. Chris Was very professional and very thorough. He explained everything and reassured me that everything was fine. He even waited to make sure that my air conditioning unit was cooling and then he gave me my receipt and a number to call in case I needed further help. I have worked with a lot of heating and air companies over the years and I have to say that All About Comfort was excellent. I highly recommend them for all your heating and air conditioning needs.

Wow! Is all I can say. I mainly dealt with Chris. Customer service is great! They were able to get out to our house the morning I called. Our heat was down and with some bad weather moving in over the weekend we needed our heat. Chris, I tell you what, for a young guy he really impressed me. Very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. His service from start to finish (over two days) was uncanny. I highly recommend this HVAC and plumbing company. I will use them for all of my future heating and cooling (and plumbing) needs. I searched through google to locate a highly rated heating and cooling company and they met my search requirements. The reviews were accurate. On a side note, these guys have a great business model, a locally owned and operated company who's sole purpose is to ensure customer satisfaction. FIVE STARS!!!

They were able to come identify the problem, explain what happened and fix it in the same day. The charges matched what was quoted. He was professional and their office kept me posted on the timeline as the part was acquired and as he was on his way back to install it.

A/C was having issue
and would not cool my house. Called for an appointment at about 2:30 in the afternoon expecting to get an appointment the next day or a couple of days later. Was told they would try to squeeze me in today. Was called about 30 minutes later saying the tech was on his way. Tech arrived and was very nice and explained everything that he needed to do to fix the problem. Would definitely recommend this business.

All About Comfort Heating & Cooling saved the day! While we were doing basement renovations, a nail gun somehow punctured a pipe that carries Freon from our AC into the house (oops!)... just so happened to be on one of the hottest day of the summer thus far and we couldn't use our air conditioner. We needed a repair man quickly to get it fixed so we could turn the AC back on. A friend of mine recommended All About Comfort. SO HAPPY SHE DID! Chris and James came out that night and was able to repair the leaking pipe and replace the Freon. Thanks to All About Comfort we had AC plus... I received excellent service and best of all at a reasonable price!

He was even early for the appointment. He assessed the problem quick, it was a bad parts replacement on my part. He switched the wires and we were good. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Very friendly and reasonable prices for service. I will call again!
