I was extremely happy with my service. The owner came and repaired my furnace although it was after business hours just prior to the weekend. He had the part needed on hand, so my furnace was back up and running in short order. Went above and beyond my expectations. Highly recommended!

Wow.....this company was amazing to work with. I received a call on a Sunday to let me know they would make arrangements for a Tuesday appointment, which was after the holiday. James was my technician and I can't say enough about him. He really went above and beyond. I would highly recommend this company.

After arriving home with our first newborn child, and discovering our heater was broken; Chris quickly responded to my call, came out and fixed our heater promptly.
He was very professional, went above and beyond answering every question I had, and did a thorough job cleaning even the outside of my unit all at a very reasonable price.

Used All About Comfort Heating and Cooling in fall of 2017. They had to come out multiple times to fix our HVAC system and could not seem to figure out the problem the first two times. They did not prioritize us even though they weren't able to fix the problem and went to see other customers instead of finishing the job they started. They came back out once I complained. They ended up fixing whatever the issue was and we have not had issues. However, we recently have contracted for routine maintenance through another company and have been told that our blower motor was never replaced as All About Comfort documented that they did in the carbon copy they left me. I have asked for a third opinion as I have documentation of it being replaced and yet a technician with another company is telling me it is roughly 15 years old. I have called All About Comfort Heating and Cooling 6 times in 2 weeks to simply obtain records and have not heard back, half the time I am on hold for 15 minutes before it goes to the voicemail to leave a message. If I do not hear back within this week, I will be escalating further. Extremely frustrating to try to deal with.

Prompt, professional, friendly service. Chris installed a new garbage disposal for us today. He answered all of my questions as he worked, showed me how to troubleshoot simple issues that might come up, and even gave me some tips that I had never before heard on how to maintain the appliance and keep the blades sharp. He worked quickly and neatly and even offered to put back all of the stuff he had to remove from my cabinet to do his work (which I should have done before he got here, but he patiently handled it himself with no complaints.) I highly recommend this company.

Extremely professional, affordable, efficient, and knowledgeable. This company came out to fix our AC after another local heating and cooling company took our money and left us with a broken AC for 2 days in 95 degree weather and told us they couldn't come back out because the company was on vacation! When Chris came out he took the time to explain everything to me in layman's terms and didn't leave until he was positive the AC was working again. We wouldn't use any other company after our great experience with them! Thank you so much!

Super responsive, friendly and fixed our A/C same day. It was over 90 today and our air went out. We are older and I work from home, they were on time and worked fast. Great guys! Thank you so much! I highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful to work with. We woke up to no heat in the morning with 4 little ones in the house. We are new to the area and had no idea who to call. I call All About Comfort due to their high ratings on Google and was not disappointed. The person who took the call was very kind, courteous, and efficient. I received a call back from the technician within 30 minutes and he arrived shortly after. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. The pricing was up front. And the best part is.... WE HAVE HEAT!!!! I would highly recommend this company in the future!

My AC went out on a Sunday at 8:30pm. I decided to wait till morning to submit a home warranty claim. I woke up Monday and the house was over 80* inside so at 7:30AM I had the claim submitted. By 8am All About Comfort had called me to confirm they'd be out that morning to fix it which I was blown away hearing they'd be there that morning. By 8:30am Chris and John had called to say they were on their way, and 40 minutes later they were here digging into my unit. Within 5-10 minutes these pros had my problem diagnosed and the unit blowing cold air. They brought me outside to show me the problem, and explained the immense build up of dirt/crud in the outside unit is probably what caused the unit to stress and break. They offered to clean it, for an additional cost of course, but weren't pushy about it, simply gave me the option. I trusted their professional opinion and gave them the go ahead. They informed me the unit is functioning at correct temps/pressure now where as before it wasn't. They've hopefully extended the life of my unit, and helped it run much more efficiently. I've owned the house for 3 years and the AC has never blown this cold. It took just barely 3 hours from the time I submitted my claim to the time Chris and John were leaving after fixing my issue. These guys are life savers on hot days like today! Cant thank them enough! If you're reading this you're obviously looking for a heating and cooling company, look no further, use these guys, I know for a fact Chris and John are excellent at what they do. Thanks again guys!

I am so fortunate to have this company come to my rescue. I have had and ongoing plumbing main line back up problems. I have had two other companies out to just have a temporary fix in as little last 6 weeks. I just brought this place a little over 6 months ago. I use Old Republic Warranty Company they took my work order. Brandon kept going until my problem was solved finally. He got the the tree roots out of the Main Line! They were the biggest he has ever seen. I can say enough about the level of professionalness I experienced. I would recommend this company to all my family and friends!
