They came out on a home warranty call fixed the AC and noticed in the process that our hot water heater was leaking. Wrote it up while they were there and 2 days later a young man installed our hot water heater. Great job very professional . Will use again.

This was my first time dealing with All About Comfort and I'm impressed. Customer service is second to none and water heater installation was done RIGHT! No shortcuts taken. The difference between how the old one was installed and this one is night and day. I kinda want to bring everyone down to my basement when they visit just to check out the awesome job they did!

There were some items that my home warranty didn't cover and I had to pay out of pocket for, but James walked me through each item and why it was necessary but not covered. While they added up quickly - don't all home repair jobs - I am very satisfied with the quality work that was done and feel the charges were fair and reasonable. We all deserve to be paid fairly for the work we do.

PS - when my AC went out the next day, I was very happy when I learned they would be covering that job too. While this hasn't been "my month", they have been very helpful in getting me through everything breaking at once.

We ended up positive with COVID in 80 degree weather with no air conditioning and this was the only company who would come to check the Freon in our outside unit. They showed compassion when we called and understood the time crunch for our situation as we also have 4 small kids living here. They were super professional even though they had to stay outside of the home and quick to help recharge the air conditioner and hopefully seal the leak. They also offered a 30 day guarantee on the coolant so that once quarantine is over they are able to come inside to find the leak on the inside if there is still one. An amazing company, would recommend to anyone!

Our furnace was frequently shutting off before warming the house. I called a competitor on Monday and they said they would get back to us (they never did). I then called All About Comfort this morning and they said they would be out by 2 pm. They called within the hour, came out and fixed my problem and were out before noon. Excellent customer service on the phone, excellent customer service from Chris the technician. He explained what was happening and why. No sales pitch. I have taken the other company out of my phone! I definitely will call All About Comfort again!

I was introduced to this company via my home warranty plan. I still have the plan and I know I will always get great service. Chris has been to my house twice in the last couple of months (for different things). He is very polite, professional and very thorough. Good job from a great company!

Five stars for great service! My AC went out yesterday and I had my warranty company issue a work order. The first company couldn't make it out from Kansas until Monday morning. I asked for a second company and James called and said he would personally come out for the repair. He replaced the capacitor and breaker (which had issues). I really appreciate his efforts and job well done. On top of that, I'm glad I was able to have someone local able to do the job!

I was out of town for over a week on vacation and when I returned, I had no hot water in my home. After attempting to re-light the pilot myself with no help, I contacted my Home Warranty company and was referred to All About Comfort. I was contacted almost immediately to set up the appointment and the technician, Chris, called me 30 minutes before arriving to let me know he was on his way. Chris did an excellent job identifying the problem and fixed it in less than 1 hour. He also was very courteous the entire time he was in my home...GREAT customer service all the way around! Thank you!!

Great service and response all around. Chris came out and fixed the compressor and everything worked great for about two weeks, then the fan motor gave out. When the fan gave out, My wife and I were on a 10 year anniversary vacation at the time and had our parents at the home watching the kids. I called James from Mexico at about 5pm and he assured me that they would have someone out that night. Sure enough Chris came out at about 9:30pm and didn't leave till after 11pm. Thank you for your Amazing and honest service! An extremely rare trait for an AC business these days.

James and his crew at All About Comfort made time in their already busy schedule to replace my water heater today. They were prompt, efficient and friendly throughout the process. Highly recommend.

Can’t give a good review because they didn’t show up. Called this afternoon to confirm my appointment. This company could never give a time frame, just sometime in the day. Well that didn’t work... maybe they will call back tomorrow?

James came today and apologized for the incident mentioned above. I changed my rating to 3 stars. I wish I could have gotten a time frame on when they would be at my house. Luckily we are quarantined and I didn’t need to be anywhere.
