He did a meticulous job checking out every aspect of my systems and was very informative about everything. I highly recommend him and Comfortech as a whole.

    Lorenzo and Todd came out and serviced my hvac system got it back running and operating. They showed up in a reasonable time period and had wonderful customer service. Comfort tech is the way to go if you have any problems.

    Steven Tollison was prompt, courteous and thorough in servicing my heat/cooling unit. Went the extra mile by changing filters and cleaning the outside unit, which was not the reason for my service call. Always have had great service!

    I recommend Comfortech for anything AC or plumbing related. They were extremely kind, professional and got the job done quick. We had to have our whole AC system replaced (inside and out) and a new hot water heater and the guys came in and got everything done within about 8 hours. I was highly impressed and couldn’t recommend Ethan Odom or Brandon Chishom enough.

    Kimond and Blake were absolutely fantastic! Had no issue signing up for membership thanks to them. If all your employees are like them, you are in the top hands. Couldn’t be more pleased with their skills and job knowledge as well as their friendliness. Highly recommend.

    Ray Pickering and Chris Wilson was some good guys. Cleaned after themselves and did a good job changing two water heaters to one tankless. Even though we’re having a problem now with getting hot water to the master bedroom, they came right out to access the problem. He will be showing up tomorrow to finish the job with more helping hands. Thanks Comfortech!

    This was one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had with a company. I’ll bullet my experience as I could write a book about it:

    - I schedule a plumbing appointment between 4-6 Friday, June 9th.
    - Call at 5:35 PM to see if anyone is coming, am told that day was busy, but a tech is coming, but no one shows up.
    - I call Saturday morning and am told I will have someone first thing Sunday (June 11th).
    - Get a call Sunday morning that my HVAC tech (?) is on the way. I inform them I need a plumber, and the tech is able to get one scheduled.
    - I get a message from the plumber that they're headed to my address but is somehow in a different city, however, I can get ahold of him and he comes to my address.
    - Clyde was great and goes out of his way to reach out to the manager to waive the $99 service fee. Fixes my issues in a flash.
    - I called Monday morning to speak to a manager to see what happened and inform them that Clyde was fantastic.
    - Had to call 3 times to get a manager, over the course of 5 hours, to be told their new system messed up. "Sorry" for the inconvenience.

    At the end of the day, if I could hire and pay Clyde directly, I would. He went out of his way to accomidate me for everything that had happened. Didnt seem like the manager could care less and just apologize for the "new system" they implemented. I would not recommend comfortech to anyone, (other than Clyde).
