Technician Steven Tollison was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. He explained everything with great clarity and took his time answering my questions.

Steve Tollison was meticulous and skillful in the repair of my HVAC duct that had seperated. I was very impressed with the throughness of the repair. He was courtious and on time and a delight to have in our home.

Ray was great and he did the best he could and explain everything the way my mother-in-law and father-in-law could understand and we think he took care of the problem thank you Ray and we hope everything works out okay.

Donald is another expert from Comfortech who has made me believe I made the right choice by choosing them for my new unit months ago. One call, one schedule that’s all. Donald has come and taken care of problems I thought were bad and made it nothing. I enjoy my service experts. It’s almost like they are family. Donald is amazing! I really appreciate the work that Comfortech did at my house on 04/25/2022. They showed up at the time I was told they would be there and got right to work. One thing I liked about the guys was the years of experience, friendly, knowledgeable, and the teamwork. I also appreciate that they made sure everything was cleaned up and working properly before leaving. The whole process was done in a timely manner. Very happy with this company. They are very well qualified, prompt, professional, courteous, and have delivered on every aspect of installation and service they promise. Not only a great HVAC company they also do excellent plumbing work. I especially appreciate Lucas for handling the account, Lorenzo for service on the HVAC and Clide for repairs to the plumbing.

On 2/7/23, I had an appointment with Comfortech to have the A/C maintenance done. Donald Boyd found out that the new drain collection box, which was installed a couple of days earlier by another tech, uncapped and dripping water into the pan underneath the furnace. He brought the issue to my attention and put the cap on to stop the leak. Next day, he came back to suck a big amount of water out of the pan with a wet vacuum, which he had to empty three times. I deeply appreciate what Donald has done to save me the trouble. He is very professional, honest and respectful person.

This is by far the best company if anybody out there needs AC work done we were totally down on the weekend and they came out and got us up and running I cannot say enough about this company you will not be disappointed and Josh and Todd went above what the job details they were very professional and move what they were doing this is definitely a company I would recommend to anyone
