Today we had our semiannual review for our HVAC system. Ian was the service technician and he did a very thorough job. He also informed me about all he was doing. His schedule was 10 to 12. I told the lady when the appointment was being made that we needed to get finished before 12 so we could get to a Church function. Ian arrived on time and got us out in time.

Steven Tollison and Steve Bryant work well together as a team. They have taken care of the issue professionally and perfectly. Thank you for the job well done.

Lucas and Keith were my repair men today they were incredibly professional. I received a courtesy call about 30 minutes before they showed up to my house. Even though it’s raining outside they went straight to work and took care of everything. They are great guys, I highly recommend them.

Kenny, Jo, Larry and Chris, came out the next day for full installation. Worked throughout the day getting it done, while being nice enough to keep noise down while I was zoom calls. Great team!

Donald came through to do our recommended seasonal HVAC maintenance and was very friendly and professional. He did a thorough check of the system and was even willing to take a few extra minutes answering some of my questions. Thanks for the quick, proficient and professional service!

Conner and Trey were very professional. Very respectful and courteous. I appreciate the pictures of all the checks because, it is very difficult to trust people that do work for you. They know that most women are not going to follow up by going into the attic. If we did. We would not know what we were looking at. I appreciate the itemize list because it gives me something to look at and budget accordingly.

Technician provided plumbing services, very polite, respectful - he even took his boots off coming in the house. Knowledgeable of service, replaced a flapper on a toilet was quick & easy to deal with. I've been using Comfortech for my HVAC & Plumbing needs for years being a Maintenance + Member.
