My house is extremely old and we needed a full system replacement but I wanted to move the furnace unit from a closet to the attic, so it was a difficult job but they made it work and charged fairly. Cesar, Scott, Billy, and Kenny were the team that worked on my house and were all so competent and trustworthy that I felt comfortable leaving my house key for them to use while I went to work during the day. Everything was done well and they even cleaned up before leaving each day. Highly recommend!

Donald and James did an excellent job at my house. They were very professional and nice. They explained everything thoroughly. They were quick and fixed the problem. It was hot in my house. Once they finished I had cool air. I am no longer hot. Thanks for the great service!
Keith and Steve came to my home on June 9, 2023 and did an excellent job. I needed to replace my ac unit and Keith explained the prices and everything thoroughly. He was compassionate about helping me resolve my problem and waited patiently until Steve arrived to do my paperwork to see if I qualified for financing for a new ac unit. I was approved and they will replace my unit next Monday. Thanks guys for everything and it will be at a reasonable price.

Donald Boyd came out to work on my system today. Extremely professional and kind. I have used Comfortech for years, and they are always excellent. Today he went above and beyond. Highest recommendation for the service and for Mr. Boyd himself. Highest praises. Will always use them.

Our air went out and service technician was here and had us up and running quickly. Highly recommend Comfortech even though they are a little more expensive than a few others. Service and prompt response is very important and they provide that. Steven Tollison was my technician and he did a great job explaining and fixing the problem. Highly recommend!

Zach B. was very friendly and easy to talk to. He seemed to be knowledgeable in foundation leaks. He also provided me with all the information and options available, without being pushy or condescending. The only thing that would’ve made this service visit better is if Comfortech had more staffing, so he could have repaired my foundation leak the same day. Instead, a second appointment was made for 6 days later when I’m leaking 0.50-0.75 gallons of water per minute! However, I know staffing and scheduling is out of the technician’s control. I’m willing to give this company a legitimate chance to earn me as a loyal client, but I haven’t seen any physical repairs yet. 👀

I had a significant plumbing clog over a weekend. This was my first time using Comfortech and I was very pleased. Ray Perkins was able to come in the early evening and had everything fixed within an hour. Ray was at the end of a long day but was extremely competent and professional. I would gladly use him and Comfortech for any future jobs!

We had a wonderful experience this evening with our scheduled maintenance. Steve Tollison was prompt, detailed, knowledgeable and overall, very professional. After the basic maintenance, he took several hours to remedy maintenance issues with the outside units. He patiently and persistently thoroughly cleaned the outside units including internal coils. Additionally, I asked a lot of questions and he patiently answered them all. He provided a great amount of information on the units, the system and maintenance. My conversation with Steve helped me really understand how great of a product and service plan that we have.

Trey G. Was my service consultant; he was both professional and patient with me while servicing my unit and explaining my needs. My service required and returned the visit and prescheduled his return before leaving the first time and returning within the promised window. Additionally, he called ahead to tell me when he would arrive, which helped me better plan for his arrival. Comfortech Service Experts has a gem in Trey, and I look forward to working with him more.
