Steve and Donald were very professional and informative. They answered all my questions. They were able to get my AC back up in no time. Their maintenance plan is reasonable and assuring. I highly recommend them and Comfortech. I like a company where the employees make sure you know their names and are straightforward with you. Especially liked Steve explaining more about how HVACs work.

I had my 6 month maintenance today. Steven Tollison found my main unit running below expectations and was quick to correct the problem. I greatly appreciate his thoroughness with explaining the problem through pictures so I could understand what was wrong. He was very knowledgeable and timely.

Lorenzo and Todd came out for my preventive maintenance visit and as always the did a great job. Lorenzo does a thorough maintenance checks everything and explains everything. My technician Lorenzo Monrroy was on time, very professional, and very courteous. He performed my annual A/C maintenance this summer. He took the time to politely all of my questions, despite having spent an hour and a half in a hot attic and fixing up my A/C unit outside. Very happy with my service today!
