Steve Tollison and Steve Bryant was very friendly experts, they were quick to diagnose and repair the blown capacitor and checked my refrigerant levels. Steve T. Show up about 2 hours early and went to work, discussed the options for repairs and explained each step he took, I was very satisfied with his work and transparency, of course the part price was extremely costly but that’s expected when a company uses their parts/warranty (basically you pay double the part cost because of the warranty if of goes bad 😂) highly recommend them for future troubles!

Just had our 6 month checkup on the AC/Heating system installed last year. The time slot for the maintenance follow up was for 8-10 AM. Steve Tollison called shortly after 8:00 to let us know he was 10 minutes out. After arrival, he set about to check out the system, replacing the filter in furnace and checking the AC unit. Even though our plan did not cover the water heater, he did a courtesy check reminding us of their plumbing services. He was very professional and has a good “bedside manner”. Thank you Comfortech.

Lorenzo and Todd came out due to my a/c not working. My drain line ended up getting stopped up and caused my system to shut off. They don't a terrific job on getting my drain line unclogged and my a/c back operating. Both Lorenzo and Todd were very respectful and nice. Comfortech is the way to go!! Wooohooo!!

James Huntley. Called ahead and arrived on time …uniform. Was neat and clean. Greeted me with a smile. Informed me of all maintenance plans and explained. Made recommendations for services.

I had received a card in the mail for a free inspection and I signed up for a day that I happen to be off work. They were very good at communicating and arriving on time. Lorenzo and Todd helped me and explained all that was wrong and services they’d recommend as well. My ac unit is very old, so I’ll likely upgrade soon. They were kind and helpful and at least got my current unit where it needs to be for now.

Steven Tollison did an excellent job! He diagnosed the problem quickly and had it fixed in no time! Nice personality, nice to deal with. Seemed very knowledgeable about his profession! Great experience!

Ray Pickering did a great job. Courteous and professional, Ray got our plumbing in working order fast, double checked his work, and cleaned up the mess. I recommend him highly.

Called to set up an appointment on Thursday June 8th because I had some bad leaks under my sink. They were able to get to me the same day which was great because my wife had been telling me since Monday to call someone to come out LOL. Ray Pickering was my technician & he instantly recognized the problem which was my faucet needed replacing. It took no time for him to change the old one out with the new. His customer service & all around attitude was excellent, we will be using this company again in the future.

Zach Blackwell did a wonderful job. Very professional, knowledgeable in his craft. Needs a very much needed pay raise and a week's vacation. Would and will refer him anytime!!!!
