Steven Tollison was fantastic - he was so patient with my mother who is almost 80 years old. She trust this company and they are available to her 24/7. Their impeccable service is well worth the price we pay monthly. We can depend on them to be here when we need them.. Mr Tollison was exceptional and I feel comfortable knowing he has integrity and kindness with my mother when she is there alone.

Allen and Josh were awesome! They both were very courteous, polite, helpful and super knowledgeable. They arrived on time and got right to work. They checked everything and gave me information/recommendations on things that I could do to make the water and air better. They both had great personalities and it was a pleasure to do business with them.

Kimond Shearrill and Colby Walter assisted us through a stressful situation with such professionalism and genuine concern. They both took the time to explain the process and resolution to our issues and are working to give us the best options. Very pleasant, respectful and reassuring during the service call. The fact that they sincerely cared about their personal integrity and the integrity of the company was impressive. Glad to be doing business with the Comfortech since 2013.

Our air went out last night and the temperature in the house was 88 degrees so we had to leave our home. I was happy when I got the call from Donald that he was on the way. I was about 35mins from my home. By the time I made it, Donald had already identified the problem and was ready to fix it. Took him less than 30mins to fix issue. Now we are back in business. Thank you Donald for the amazing customer service.

I had plumbing issues. Mr. Jerry F was awesome!!!! He was very detailed, polite and very professional. He knows what he is doing and knows his career very well. I recommend Jerry and Comfort Tech to anyone who is having trouble with anything that they offer. I am very grateful that I heard their commercial and made the called. And may I add that they were within my budget!!!

Amazingly professionals Steven Tollison & Steve Bryant. Everyone has been amazing at Comfortech. Installation was quick and price was very reasonable. I love the fact that a technician is only one call away to fix any issues I may have. There is routine checkup to make sure everything is working properly. 10 out of 10 I would Highly recommend.

Although the COMPANY does not allow for FREE LEAK DETECTION, I believe that leaves the technicians at a disadvantage.

We had Allen and Keith come out to fix a problem with our gas log fireplace and signed up for some maintenance services as well. I really appreciated Allen and Keith's knowledge and professional demeanor. They are two trustworthy, hardworking guys and definitely an asset to Comfort Tech. They really gave us the best service I've had with a heating and cooling company. My wife and I are now considering some other services based on a very thorough checkup of water and air quality and I really liked the way that Allen and Keith explained things. We are looking forward to working with these guys in the future.

Keith Reynolds & Allen Share were both very professional while providing service today. During this checkup, they showed me and explained any discrepancies encountered as well as possible corrective actions. They ensured that I was comfortable with their
overall inspection and allowed me to address my concerns. I wish ALL service technicians were of this caliber of professionalism.
