I called Dent very late in the evening around 4:30pm because mu unit wasn't heating. They sent someone out within hours, Will Fisher. He notified me of his intended arrival. He was the best repairman I have ever dealt with. He assessed and took pictures of the issue before he started the repair. That's a plus. He was so honest about the cause. I will continue to use Dent.

Our service man Terrell was very knowledgeable and informative. He did a very thorough job in diagnosing the problem with our AC..and explaining everything . He was courteous and very professional. IWe recommend him highly .

This was a complete and awesome experience he arrive when he said introduced himself and got right work , informed me about the problem, showed me what he immediately what he noticed was the culprit to my lack of cool air. Was pleasant the entire time working in this dangerous heat. I can not tell you how pleased I am . I immediately texted my friends while he was here working to inform them , Dent is the way to go. Will showed up on time and did a very good job. He was professional and told me exactly what he was doing to my AC unit. He told me about the service membership and also a couple of other items (surge protector and compressor start up) that would prolong my units life. He is a fine representative for Dent.
