Old HVAC went out, called Comfortech and they were very responsive.Trey came out and evaluated my entire system, the next day Trey and Colby spoke with me about obtaining a new HVAC system, and on the third day Brian and his crew put the new unit in. Right now I am very pleased with the work done.

Scott and Austin were very professional, worked diligently, very neat in terms of clean-up, and were very efficient during the instillation of our unit. We are very pleased with the outcome.

Lorenzo and Todd were very knowledgeable and professional. Our system's air and heat were checked. All questions were answered. I was also given a very detailed report in writing on all repairs needed with pricing for Nonmembers, Advantage Members and Plus Members. I highly recommend Comfortech Service Experts.

We had an excellent service technician service our HVAC unit, Dantae Hedrick. He went over every aspect of our unit inside and out, and even discovered a capacitor, which was about to fail and replaced it. He also did a thorough cleaning at the outside unit like has never been done before. I hope we can request his service next time we need a system check.

Steven Tollison did an excellent job! He came out after hours and was very knowledgeable and was able to repair my AC system very quickly. Will definitely be using Comfortech for any hvac services in the future. Would recommend to anyone!!

Jerry did a great job repairing our plumbing issues and gave a fair assessment of our needs, and services we may need in the future. I recommend and will use again.

Yesterday we talked to Conner Suddoth and set up the purchase of the Whole Home Water Filtration System. He was very professional, and courteously answered all our questions and had us set up for installation today. The installers , Jerry Foster and Aaron Pettigrew did a marvelous job…we couldn’t be happier with their work ethic and the job well done.

Blake Newell came out the day after I called for an appointment and we discussed what my best options would be for moving my system. After talking to him about my existing system and what a new system would do, I decided to install a brand new system, inside and out. They offered great pricing and interest free financing options. The next day, Lance Fletcher and Bret Fletcher came out and started the install. They got the inside unit moved into my attic and replaced my outside unit in two days! Comfortech provided space heaters for the night we had without heat. On day two, we talked about replacing all my duct work. After seeing what I had and what I could have, I decided to replace all duct in my house. They started Monday and finished Thursday and did a fantastic job removing all the old duct and installing new. They also made sure they had certain vents hooked up at night so we would stay warm. Would highly recommend Comfortech for all heating and cooling needs. Lance and Bret were very hard workers, very professional and very respectful! 5 stars!!!

I would recommend HVAC to anyone. They fix my leaky sink with no problem. Their employee CLYDE DUNCAN did an awesome job saving my kitchen sink. He was very professional. I am a very satisfied customer.
