Kimond performed a tune-up service today for my a/c units. It was cost-free and intended to solicit new members into their annual maintenance program. He cleaned the condenser coil and inspected the capacitor/contactor as well as the evaporator coil in my attic. I was impressed with both his technical knowledge and his personable manner. Great representative for Comfortech. 5 stars!

I was referred to Comfortech by my classmate Kimond. He and Lucus came out and took a look and gave me a few quotes. Kimond assured me I needed a plumber and that one of their guys could take care of me. Ray, came out today! He did an amazing job; not only did he discover my issues, he fixed them, and educated me along the way. It didn’t feel like a sales pitch. He simply showed me the value in becoming a comfortech member. I’m thankful for your service and dedication Ray, highly recommended.

Stared good…ended bad. Comfortech’s algorithm must show who first time clients are because 6 months ago they did great on my plumbing. They came quickly and service was great. I set up an A/C maintenance plan also. Immediately after we needed additional work so both my husband and I called and submitted the scheduling request and we got no response.

Six months later I get a call asking to schedule my A/C maintenance. Scheduling went fine. On the day they were coming I waited during my time slot 8-12 and no one shows or called. Shortly after 3 I got a call. The tech said I’m on his list and asked about come coming. When I mentioned the time slot was 8-12 he said that info does not show on his end. I agreed to him coming, but I called CSR to express my concerns. CSR stated they’re busy and running behind, but techs do know the time frame.

After thinking on it more I did not feel comfortable with the tech coming because he lied to me. I called CSR back and told them to I don’t mind them being late, but I don’t want someone who lied to me in my house and working on my A/C. I wasted time and 6 months of maintenance plan money. Integrity and honesty matter!

I just had a Lennox system installed and couldn’t have been happier with all the attention I was given by Caesar, Kenny, Scott and Chris! They were all so nice and they performed the installation admirably! Also a shoutout for Colby Walter who efficiently handled the sale and who was a pleasure to work with! I recommend him highly to anyone looking to purchase a new ac/heating system or water heater
