Modern Air is the most dependable, experienced and courteous company I've ever encountered! Their employees answered all my questions in terms I understood, clearly and precisely explained the problem and the process to correct it . As a working person, time is a premium. They were prompt in returning my call, quick response time to do the repairs and their work is reasonably priced. Modern Air is the ONLY air conditioning and heating company I will EVER use!

This was my first time calling modern air after being referred to them by my landlord who has been with them for 12yrs. Our heat was not working. Called Modern air at 12:45pm and they were at my house at 1pm! They were also quick to diagnose and fix the problem. Heat was restored immediately. Very Honest and professional. Highly recommend!

Jason Welch and his crew arrived early this morning as scheduled. They wasted no time unloading and staging the new hvac equipment. They had the existing equipment removed from the attic and the new equipment including the outside condensing unit installed by lunchtime. After a short lunch break, they made a final check on the running equipment, cleaned up the area and were packed up shortly after lunch. The crew worked very well together and did a very impressive job replacing my heating and a/c equipment in about 4 hours.

Modern Air has serviced our family air conditioning units for years with friendly prompt service. Always professional. Last week we needed our home heater serviced. Service call was booked in the morning and technician, Paul, was on site by early afternoon. After a little trouble shooting and blowing out debris from the fan motor, our unit was back in service same day. Thanks Mark and Paul.

AC unit was not cooling contacted Michael Hemphill and he had Paul out the same morning! Found the problem in just a few minutes and called with a solution and repaired everything before noon! Great service great people and swift solutions! Call here first and save yourself some time and money!
