The man that came out was so patience and kind and made sure everything was fixed before he left. They come soon as as they can, which was in about 20 to 30 minutes after I called them. Love they service.

Paul was great! He explained how our air conditioning was working and advised us to get ready to replace the units soon. He was very kind to my dogs and children. Also, I called for an appointment at 10am and without needing immediate service, still they arrived by 3pm the same day I called. 5 stars!

Billy came out to diagnose a fan problem and clear up some condensation issues for me. He quickly retrieved the replacement part and installed it, and then as a precaution, checked the heat, and found it not working correctly. He stayed and took care of the heat issue as well so I wouldn't have to call again in a few months! Very polite, businesslike and efficient. Would recommend and will call again as needed.

Air conditioning was underperforming. Called Modern Air at around 9 am for help. Got a call back from office that technician was on his way less than 90 minutes later. He diagnosed the problem quickly and the repair was complete in less than 45 minutes. Billy was excellent and I would recommend Modern Air to anyone looking for high quality HVAC help.

Modern is the best AC service in . Their repair person worked his way through several issues and got our system back running. He did not even complain that had ti complete the repairs outside during a driving rainstorm. Would your repair service do that?

Update: Just to be clear, David's attitude and overall demeanor was condescending, cold and frankly a bit low energy. I have no issue with them not taking the job, it was the lack of punctuality replying and lack of professionalism that stunned me. I felt, as a returning customer, that I bothered this person by calling for their business help. Just a really odd disposition for a company. I've had several companies decline this job but they were polite, timely, and most importantly were warm and invited me to call them in the future, as a customer.

Fact of the matter is that this guy put more effort in replying to my review to save face for low effort salesmenship than he did talking to me on the phone about that actual job. Just Sad.

If this is "modern" attitude, maybe I'm just old fashioned.

Bless their heart, but their britches seems bit to big for them..

Used these folks to put in a new unit a couple years ago and called recently to get the duct work replaced due to some water damage from old torn up insualtion, collapsed ducts and the new unit cooling so well. I explained that I purchased a unit prior and wanted to get a quote on full duct replacement. Took them almost 2 days to call me back and when I spoke to David, he seemed bothered and a bit put off by my wanting to give them my business.

He then proceeded to tell me that he might be able to come by sometime middle of next week and either way he really did not want to do the job until november. I explained that the situation was a bit more dire since i had leaking water damage and wet ducts sitting on joists. He then proceeded to tell me it was probably because I was running it too cold. I guess they are so good they can pick and choose, but I know I definately won't be choosing them come service time and for sure will not get another unit from them.

Pretty dissapointing attitude and pretty unprofessional. Felt like I was bothering a neighbor to help me with something. LOL.
