Modern Air

Air broke Thursday night, called Friday morning, tech arrived within the hour. Determined system was broken, had a full replacement system installed and running the following Monday. Very fast service, kind office staff, and quick, professional technicians.

Sam replaced my gas supply valve to my furnace. It seemed a little loose & possibly a little leaky. Service seemed a little pricy, but ain't EVERYTHING these days. Sam was nice, friendly, but very professional at the same time.

Have used the firm for 27 years. The Welches are good people.

I would definitely use their service again. Billy was very courteous and informative. For every question I had concerning my system , he was able to give me an answer. I would highly recommend Modern Air.

I can’t say enough good things about this business. They are professional, friendly and very responsive. There are so many companies who don’t return your call or show up when they say they will, but it’s refreshing to do business with someone who values customer service!! I will continue to use them.

Modern Air responded very well to the issue I was having. Tech (Paul) came in knowing exactly what needed to be done after I explained the problem. He was very knowledgeable and efficient in what was going on. I recommended. Didn’t do much shopping for cost prices but it was very reasonable.

I called Modern Air on a Tuesday morning (in May, no less), and Paul showed up early Tuesday afternoon. Another company told me I had a bad valve somewhere and also quoted me $750 for ten pounds of Freon (the unit only holds eight). Jeff cleaned the compressor, recharged the Freon (6lb at $55), plus the nominal service fee. A week later, our house is still freezing, just like we like it!! I would recommend these guys to Jesus if he had AC problems!

We had 2 split air systems installed.
They were on time, worked very hard, and are one of the most professional companies I have ever engaged in service. My only negative remark is more a problem I probably misunderstood.

Evan was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained everything he was examining. When it came time to discuss replacing a part, he explained what had happened and what would happen if it completely stopped working. He got my permission before he changed the part.
