Modern Air installed a complete new HVAC system (heating and cooling) and increased the size of our return air duct (other ductwork okay).
They did an awesome job and paid attention to every detail. I couldn’t be happier and when they left everything was as clean as when they arrived.
I would highly recommend Modern Air to anyone needing a new HVAC system or work on an existing system. Thanks for a job well done.

Modern Heating is the #1 place to go for your heating and air problems. My heat went out on the coldest day of the season. One call to them as soon as they opened for business on Monday and they were at my house by 10am..
My new heating system was installed Tuesday morning and I has heat running by 11:30 am. We have lives in this home for 37 years and never had another company work on our heating or ac. Called Modern Air out after another company looked at the unit for 10 minutes and told me that I needed to replace it for more than $10k. Paul with Modern Air took my unit apart in front of me, explained everything that was going on so that I could understand, and gave me multiple options for repair. Could not have been more pleased.
