The weather was going to be dipping down into the teens, I was originally scheduled to have a thermostat changed out on December 28. I received a courtesy call on December 22, that a technician will be out there today if that works for me ? It did work for me and the professional team found I needed Freon as well. Modern Air Solutions had me well prepared for the weather change. I greatly appreciated date change and their prompt service. Will definitely notify them again in the future. C Hall

Wonderful help when remodeling a home. Did everything from a/c maintenance to installing the vents running through my kitchen cabinets for a downdraft vent in my cook top. The office staff is super friendly and is always happy to help. The guys do a great job and are always conscious about cleaning up afterwards and not tracking dirt into the house. Wonderful company.
