Allen’s Air Conditioning & Heating

We have a 2000 Winnebago Adventurer with a basement unit we are living in until our home is built. We were unable to find anyone to work on the air conditioning which had gone out. We called Allen’s air conditioning and he was here within 15 minutes. He diagnosed the issue within 10 minutes and he had it fixed in another 10. This is after we called nearly every air-conditioning repair business in the area. Couldn’t believe how fast he got here and how quickly the work was done. The air conditioner works great and we will definitely use them again. I would recommend him for any HVAC work. He’s very polite, courteous and professional.

If I could give more stars I would! Ryan and crew were responsive, followed through, did an excellent job, and even went the extra mile to drive to Houston to pick up my equipment so that my problem could be resolved more quickly. Highly recommend and would use them over and over again!

I called Mr. Allen after my AC went out and he arrived the next morning. He went above and beyond; had our unit shipped overnight and began installing it the next day. He’s extremely professional and reasonable when it comes to pricing! Will be recommending him to all my friends and family!

Allen's A/C has been servicing our HVAC system for several years. Allen is easy to talk to, honest, and quick to respond by text or phone. We have had our entire inside unit replaced and he has also replaced just parts on our condensing unit. He has correctly diagnosed our problems and discussed his recommendations before doing the work. He gets our highest recommendation!

AC went out on a day outside temperature was feeling 108°. Panic set in, house was heating up fast. Called Allen’s AC on a referral. AC was back on and house was cool again within hours. No extra charges for emergency appointment. Very friendly as I was freaking out when he arrived cause my dogs were hot. Put my dogs in his truck to cool off! Will definitely use Allen’s Ac again.
