Modern Air

I am so pleased with the service, price and professionalism of this company. Before the technician arrived, I received a text with his name and photo. So, I knew exactly who to expect and it gave me a better sense of security while allowing someone to enter my premises. The technician, Billy Harvey, was simply outstanding. He was so kind and he really took time to explain my AC problem and the best remedy. Mr. Harvey gave me recommendations as to better practices for maintaining temperature in my building without over stressing my units. I highly recommend this company and I will definitely use them again.

Technician was very friendly and did an excellent job. Was very informative on explaining the problem along with the repair. Have used modern Air for years and have always felt they were very fair with their pricing and response times, excellent company excellent people.

After some testing he told me he could not fix the unit tonight. They did not have a motor and would look for one tomorrow but I had to pay him 155 dollars for coming out. It is 90+ degrees my unit was serviced by this company in may of this year. He have me no invoice or receipt. Said we will be in touch hopefully tomorrow. This unit is 3 years old

The next day I called the office around 8. Spoke directly with service manager as I requested. After listening he went right to work looking for our part. He found the part and came out and installed it himself. This is the service I have gotten in the past from this company. Todays service I would give 5 stars but yesterday was awful - I guess every business has a bad apple

A+ service. Same day appointment. Billy serviced our system. He was professional, knowledgeable , responsive, answered all questions and gave advice on how we can ensure continued proper function of our system. We’ll definitely use them again.

Called them that morning and they had a technician show up within 2 hours and did a excellent job when they got here!

Very professional technician "Sam". I called Modern Air and within an hour they called me with a technician on the way. I even received a text with my technician's picture and name so I would know who was coming to fix my unit. Modern Air is my "go to" from now on.
