My company has used Modern H & A for about 40 years also have had good service and that is why we still use them

Called around 11:00 am with an a/c problem (unit was not kicking on). Received a phone call that a technician was enroute at 12:00 noon. Technician arrived, checked out the unit, made needed repairs. Unit back up and running! Very professional business. Would highly recommend.

Robert from Modern Air came to repair our air conditioner. He was here in half an hour even on a holiday weekend. He is a kind, honest professional who does a great job!

Great people, great service and very friendly from all ends of the business. Everyone was very pilot from the lady who answers the phone to the sales rep who came out and assess my problems and the 2 guys who came and installed. If you need any ac work, call these folks they are honest and dependable!!
