No issues with AC but did make us aware of possible issue with our vent pipe roof flashing and suggested we have a trusted roofer to repair or replace. Thanks for your quick and valued response.

The technicians were very professional and knowledgeable. The service technician had to drive quite a distance to make an after hours call and added enough freon to keep the house cool until the repair could be done. I was impressed. I was sent a picture of the person coming to fix my AC. It needed a new capacitor. Had the part in his van. It took about 20 minutes to fix. And they let me use a coupon for $20. There was an $89 service charge for them to come out and the total to fix the capacitor, including the service charge was $215. Not bad, especially when you've sat in a house with no AC for a couple of days, just hoping and praying the AC unit would fix itself. Sam Smith was my technician.
