Showed up timely, was courteous and quiet as our kids were asleep. He even put on shoe covers. We had multiple questions regarding our system that they looked into and gave us feedback on. Communicated through text message one day before our appointment and again one hour prior to arrival. The communication included a picture of our technician which we appreciated. Job well done guys!

I cannot say enough about our experience with Modern Air. From the salesperson Raquel to the technician, Thomas Edwards and his crew, the experience was amazing. We vetted four other well known companies. With them we experienced high pressured salespeople and exorbitant prices. One of them tried to sell us a hot water heater that we didn’t need and told us we had condensation and needed extra duct work done, of course for more outrageous costs. Another pushed their “rent-for-life plan”—-Advantage Plan. There was no advantage for us to pay for a unit the rest of our lives. Don’t get me started on a certain wholesale warehouse store that gives you a card at the end of the year— total rip off and prices not at all competitive.
Modern Air had the best pricing, was not pushy and more interested in serving the customers needs. They were prompt, explained things thoroughly and cleaned up behind themselves. What’s even better is they installed our new unit the day before the July 4 th holiday and had to quickly get a crew together when I’m sure the workers were planning to be off for the holiday. Other companies couldn’t get to us until after the 4th. We were able to have our family over in a cool environment. The TRANE unit is working beautifully and was affordable. As a local, family-owned company, their business practices reflect the kind of values like service, professionalism, honesty and customer-centered focus that puts them far ahead of the other companies. Please give them a call. You won’t regret it. It’s amazing the difference you’ll see in the approach and prices.

Was very impressed with the team at Modern Air. They were quick to pickup the phone, quick to schedule, and on time. Didn’t try to up-sell; were professional; and were reasonably priced based on the local market. Would definitely be my first call for HVAC issues.

Modern Air is who I have been using for the last 7 or 8 years. They are always professional and they work on or own home as well as our rental property. I have used others before but none are as good as Modern Air.

Robert Ruff (Service Manager), Billy Harvey (Service Technician), and others worked tirelessly to come up with a solution to our recent heating system woes. I haven't met more concerned or professional folks and was thankful that I trusted the reviews left by other satisfied customers. Modern air was here 30 minutes after I contacted them. Paul was very professional, friendly, and had both air conditioners working in no time. I will use them for all my AC problems after today.

I’ve only listed the services done this week. Our heat pump, regular hvac system & ductless mini split all came from Modernair. We’ve been very satisfied customers for about 15 years. Very dependable & professional.

Sam was prompt. He let me know when he expected to come to my residence. He called in route with an estimated ETA. He fixed the issue fast.

I’m never disappointed when Modern Air fixes my a/c problems. The technicians that I have worked with (Paul and Sam) are friendly and thorough in assessing what needs to be done and correcting the issues as soon as possible.

All technicians completed the installation efficiently and in a professional manner. They demonstrated excellent technical knowledge of the installation of the equipment. I would recommend Modern Air to anyone purchasing similar equipment.
