These guys are awesome! I've used Modern Air for the past several years and I couldn't be happier. They are professional, always on time, and very reasonable with their pricing. They have even been out to check the system WITHOUT charging me a cent. What other company does that?

They will tell you exactly what's happening with your system and what needs to be done to correct it. They will advise you on what steps to take throughout the year to guarantee that your system runs at peak performance. I will only call Modern Air in the future because I know Andrew will answer the phone and I will only get what I need done on my system.

My AC compressor stopped running during the middle of the massive heat wave. Andrew at Modern Air was the first available to come out and look at the problem. Of the dozen companies I called, he's the only one who suggested some simple troubleshooting I can do myself (like checking the air filter and the breaker), so props for that! Andrew arrived on time and methodically troubleshooted my system, explaining each step along the way. He found and replaced a bad capacitor, and charged me only the diagnostic fee + parts. Professional, prompt, transparent, and fair pricing. What more can you ask for?
