Our furnace went out early this morning. We called and talked to Ryan and he came out within a short time. He quickly identified the problem, went for part needed, came back and did repair. We highly recommend Ryan very reasonable and job well done. We will definitely call Ryan at Artic Mechanical if we need help with HVAC problems in the future.

I recently bought a house that had the entire HVAC system installed by Arctic Mechanical. I've had some on-going Wi-Fi issues with the thermostat and also had an issue with the AC after washing it off with a garden hose. The latter turned out to be a short in the low voltage wire from the AC to the furnace. I called Arctic Mechanical and they came out within 48 hours and found the issue with the AC and resolved it as well as outright replacing the thermostat. The owner and his staff were very friendly and professional. They kept me apprised with their ETA and fixed the issues in a timely manner. They install solid equipment and provide great service and their prices are competitive. I recommend them to anyone looking to install new or have any service done on their HVAC system!

Just had Ryan and Lamar install a humidifier on our furnace, straighten out some ductwork and move our hot water heater. The quality of work is excellent! I was in a position of deciding whether to replace my existing HVAC system or limp it thru another season or two. Several other local providers (the big ones) were all only interested in selling a new system. Ryan showed up on time (scheduled on an exact time, not 2-3 hour service windows) and let me know that he was willing and able to fix my old one to get by, but went thru the rationale of why that probably wasn't the best option and what I should expect to see should I opt to fix instead of replace. Ultimately, I went with a full new system to take advantage of a fully communicating system as well as maximize efficiency and rebates from Xcel. Ryan worked around the forecasts, making sure I was never fully down during the hot days. Sarah had my rebates in and posted only a couple days after the payment was received. I am very happy with my service and looking forward to a long relationship with Arctic Mechanical during the life of my unit.

Ryan came out to fix our air conditioning. He was prompt, efficient, and explained what he was doing along the way. He gave us recommendations for how to better care for our AC unit, and was informative and pleasant the whole time. I HIGHLY recommend Arctic Mechanical for all of your HVAC needs!!

Ryan went above and beyond to provide prompt service to our air conditioning needs. After giving him a call, he arrived at our home within 15 minutes. Trustworthy and informative we felt comfortable to give him access to our home, as we were at work. He kept in communication by sending pictures of what was going on with the furnace. He thawed out the coils as they were frozen solid. He explained what caused the issue and how to prevent this from happening again in the future. Ryan was very knowledgeable and provided additional recommendations to get the ducts cleaned. I highly recommend Arctic Mechanical for his prompt service, professionalism and reasonable rates!

A HUGE thank you to Sarah Carlisle and Ryan Carlisle for the amazing work and assistance with our AC unit. Last week our AC unit blew out so I was hoping they could stop by in the next week or so. Instead, Ryan dropped what he was doing and came over at 8 pm that night to assess the situation. The AC unit was done for. I'm thinking it will be 4-5 weeks before we saw a new, but luckily this company was smart enough to stock their inventory before the shortage, and we were in luck. Sarah had and estimate to us the following morning, and Ryan came out to install the new Heil, 16 seer AC unit THAT afternoon. We can't thank them enough for the quick response, complete fare pricing, and the professional curtesy to educate us on what happened. 6 out of 5 stars from us all day long.
