I loved my experience with Arctic. On time, professional, reasonably priced and genuine. Love supporting small businesses and Anthony was great. Truly value businesses like this that aren’t trying to steal your money and upsell you.

We had a new furnace and AC installed by Arctic Mechanical and had a great experience. Everyone has been friendly, professional, and I feel confident that they did not cut any corners, and they take the details seriously. Everyone I've interacted with has been friendly and professional (Ryan, Johnne, Anthony, Sarah, Shannon). I would definitely recommend them to others!

Arctic Mechanical is the only HVAC company we will use. Their team is friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. Our furnace wasn't working throughout the night and Sarah and Ryan were able to get their employee, Anthony, to our place within an hour. Anthony was thorough in his inspection and made the needed repairs quickly. Not only did Anthony fix what was needed but also proactively gave us the status of our furnace and what we can expect from our aging unit.

We could not be happier with Arctic mechanical. They have gone out of their way to help us. They are kind, professional….truly a class act. We will recommend them to everyone!

Great experience with Arctic Mechanical. Anthony showed up on time and answered all of my questions. They installed a new furnace and thermostat and took time to walk me through getting the app setup on my phone and explaining how to use it. The owner Ryan Carlisle communicated every facet of the products and installation, and absolutely helped us understand how it all works. The installation was professionally handled by Ryan's team, and now, three years later, we're overjoyed by the equipment, service, and personal attention Arctic Mechanical provided. I would highly recommend them if you are interested in any HVAC installation, service, or duct work, THEY ARE THE BEST!! And their prices were the best too!
