What an amazing job! The communication and hand holding for me was an A+. They even came back for a 2nd visit to fix something that we had a miscommunication on. Kelsey was phenomenal.

Twin City Heating and Air installed Air and Furnace two years ago.
Today Dan Wong came out to make sure everything was in working order.
Dan was friendly, professional knowledgeable, respectful and a great personality.
After checking the furnace and the air conditioner Dan made suggestions on extras that could be done. I really appreciated that he did not pressure me.
I would be happy to have Dan come out again to service our furnace and air conditioner.

Dan was on time and very thorough in the checking of the system. He explained everything he did. He gave me some recommendations on things we could install to save money down the road but he did not pressure me to purchase anything. Would highly recommend.

Thankful for the prompt response to our HVAC needs upon returning from vacation. The sales person was sympathetic and professional and the installers were competent and informative as to what was taking place during the installation.

We had a bad circuit breaker which caused our air conditioner to not work. Viktor was on time, and very professional. He assessed the problem and found it quickly. He explained the problem and options for repair. He then fixed the problem as agreed.

Our air-conditioning went out on the hottest day of the year. We called Twin City heating and air and they sent somebody out the next day. They’re amazing technician David was able to determine what the problem was and had us fixed the same day. I cannot recommend this company enough, they truly went above and beyond. They were fast, affordable, very knowledgeable, and provided one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had. Definitely recommend!

Very professional and organized, it was all hands on deck when arriving at my home, they went the extra mile to answer all my questions, they also put down drop cloths to keep everything clean. I highly recommended them. The kind of service that you just don’t find these days.

Was just trying to support an Asian own business. Mis-diagnosed what was wrong with the AC. Now we'll have to wait three weeks to get it re-diagnosed and we will probably have to pay $95 for that. No body is perfect - I get it. I just hope people and AC companies in general genuinely want to help or "make a difference" as they like to say it instead of just trying to get money out of people.

Our furnace e squirt working on Saturday night. I had already chosen them to replace our furnace and air conditioner and had an appointment to sign the contract and schedule the replacement on the following Tuesday. On Sunday morning g they brought us space heaters to keep us warm, I signed a contract and they scheduled the replacement eme t for the next day. They got to the house at 8:30 and had the work completed. By 3:00 I can't be more pleased with the work and especially. How they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had a replacement system as soon as possible
