Twin City Heating Air and Electric Blaine

I have been using Twin City Heating and air since moving into a new home. Angela Arndt has been to my house for multiple electrical needs. She has installed new light fixtures, ceiling fans, moved outlets and installed new outlets. I love working with her she is very personable and I fully trust what she recommends. I really like that she is the electrician that comes each time I have something to be done. I included several photos of the work she has done for me.

Shawn came by to review the current AC unit we had installed. It was well aged... almost as old as me! He tried to recover a part of it to where we could at least get one more season out of it but we had to be honest with ourselves and possibly get a replacement. Shawn was extremely helpful giving me tips and pointers on the usage and how our particular ac unit works so we could possibly make better use of it. When performed the leak test we knew it was time for a new one. We clearly saw the condensation dripping onto out fresh new furnace... so we're currently waiting for your services to replace our ac soon! awesome experience overall. thank you for your expertise and consideration.

Kelsey and his partner electrician did an amazing job! Very thorough and made sure you were 100% satisfied before leaving. They installed a chandelier, smoke detectors and a heating coil on my roof to prevent another Ice Dam that I had this past Winter! They explained everything and were very professional! I would definitely recommend Kelsey and Twin City Electric for any heating, electrical and even replacing your smoke detectors.

I had gotten three quotes from three different companies. Twin Cities came in with the most affordable and realistic option by far. In addition to they, they still had the best communication and follow ups. I was able to communicate with the same person (Mitch) through text and he answered every question I had almost instantly.

When the technician (Sam) came out to install the new unit he was very professional and was happy to work around my curious and protective dogs.

0° for the daytime high on Monday and my furnace went out in the afternoon. Repair would have been a waste of money on my old furnace, so I ended up needing a new one. It's now Tuesday afternoon and my new furnace is heating up my house. I really appreciate the fast service (24 hours from sad and cold to happy and warm!), very professional and courteous technicians (Adam, Sam, and Moochi), and the overall helpful demeanor of Twin City Heating and Air. Adam even dropped off three portable heaters after hours on Monday. Very thankful for their high standards in service. Highly recommend and won't hesitate to call on them again.

They always provide great service and are so friendly. I really appreciate Alex's and Nicks's service today. I would highly recommend this company and rely on them for any of my AC, Furnace, and electrical needs.

What an amazing group of people. Angela, Alex, and Victor came to our home when as we were in crisis with an electrical fire that caused us to have to immediately replace our whole breaker panel. They were so patient with us and walked me through every step. They didn’t try to sell me, yet stood outside in the heat with me and then took 5 hours to restore all of our home functionality. They labeled everything on the breaker and were so happy to help. We will always come to this company when I’m need of anything electrical!! I would recommend Angela and her crew to 100 people ten times over!!

Angela, Victor and Alex saved us today! Called at 830am with a circuit breaker “fire”. They came out earlier than the 1pm appt and stayed until 7pm installing a new panel and ensuring we were safe again. They were incredible, they went from room to room checking lights, outlets, etc to ensure everything was working. They also wrote what each breaker was associated with! Thanks so much for your hard work on this 80 degree day.

Barb Barnes was wonderful to work with in getting our appointment on the books quickly and professionally. She has an amazing personality and was great to work with. Our technician was prompt and respectful of our home and time. Also showed us many different payment options.

Kelsey, Angela, and their crew were the best of all the subcontractors that worked on my remodeling project. They ran electrical to my new kitchen island, ran conduit all over my 16’ ceiling to install new light fixtures, installed a smart control panel, and wired my new bathroom with LED strip lights for backlighting on the mirror and vanity. They installed motion-activated underlighting on my bathroom step and ran electrical to the DIY bookshelves I am building. I threw a lot at them in terms of complicated or less traditional fixtures/devices and they worked with me to figure out how to incorporate them into my project while maintaining safety standards and ensuring everything met code. They were friendly, respectful of my space, and took pride in doing a really good job. They took the time to explain things so they could problem solve with me and I learned some cool electrical stuff in the process. My dog even liked seeing them!
