I first called Empire Heating & Air Conditioning during a sub-zero storm where my heat stopped working. They were onsite in my emergency situation within one hour and had things running again promptly. Their technician was trustworthy and I immediately felt comfortable with him in my home. Showed up less than 3 hours after I called. Fixed my A/C quickly. Only problem was...they charged me $525.00 to replace a capacitor. I wouldn't have complained if it was $400 or so. They told me on the phone it would be $300 to show up. I was okay with that. But then the repair man charged me another $225 for the capacitor. This was on top of the $300 diagnostic charge. Way overpriced for a 10 minute repair.

The installation team was made up of true professionals who installed the furnace perfectly and in a timely manner. They answered all my questions, and made me feel like I had made the right decision in choosing Empire Heating & Air Conditioning!

Empire Heating & Air Conditioning installed a new air conditioner for me and did an excellent job. Fred installed it and found an issue that needed to be repaired.
