Working with Empire Heating & Air Conditioning Company is always easy and hassle free. I haven used their services at multiple houses. This time, my furnace tech, Joseph, was very knowledgeable and walked me through the procedure and pointed out several helpful tips regarding the upkeep of my home’s heating equipment. I facilitate a pet clinic and needed a tech for an emergency for a leaking boiler. Was told they would be out there today and I verified that I would get a call for update if they can't. Here comes 430pm, clinic is about to close, still no update. I call and stress my concerns and they tell me they will send someone in the morning first thing. I call at 830am next morning to find out they still don't have a tech and supposedly tech from yesterday got covid mid job. I understand trying to secure work but if it's an emergency and a customer voice that we need to be contacted for issues you should probably do that. I would not use them, they also make you sign up for a "membership" to use them and still not sure why you need a membership. There is also another company out in Plymouth, MA that is under this company umbrella.

Last weekend I got an emergency that needed urgent attention and Empire Heating & Air Conditioning Co were readily available to save the day. Robbert from Empire Heating & Air Conditioning Co showed up at my place and knew exactly what was happening to my old heater. He replaced the worn out parts in my heater with new ones and fixed it quickly. My heater has been working extremely fine since and my house has been really warm. He clearly explained things in simple terms and also gave me a good schooling on some tips to help out rescue such scenarios in the future. Two thumbs up for the great job guys.

New system install that took 20 hours over two hot days. Installers were exceptional, courteous, professional hard workers. Benny, who analyzed our needs and provided the perfect solution, was extremely knowledgeable and patient in his explanations. Kudos also to supervisor Todd who was available every step of the way to make sure things went smoothly, even came out on Saturday to tweak a few issues. Overall great experience.
