The technician was very professional, he explained what was wrong with my old opener and showed me how to fix it if it happens again. He installed the new garage door opener in a timely manner, he showed me how to use it and even programmed two remotes for me. He also made sure everything was working properly before leaving. I was very happy with their service and professionalism.
