Andy got to me a day after I called him. He went above and beyond to make sure my AC was up and running. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly, not to mention his price was super competitive too. If you’re having HVAC issues, contact no one else but Andy!

Wow! Where to start. I own 30+ rental properties so I ALWAYS need reliable contractors to handle the never-ending list of maintenance requests. Our tenants lost heat and I needed someone to make the repair quick. I called Andy. Not only was Andy responsive, he was on site within an hour to assess the situation. Turns out there was a small fire in the furnace. Andy sent pictures and explained what I was looking at in each picture. Then he went above and beyond to assess another situation he noticed. He didn't have to do that but he did. I was worried that this was all going to cost and arm and a leg. NOPE! Not only was Andy responsive and great at communicating, his prices were very fair! I told Andy that he will be our go-to HVAC guy for all of our rental properties going forward. I could not be happier!! 10/10 recommend Andy for ANYTHING you need HVAC related.

I received their number from my son's mother-in-law. She previously had a humidifier installed in her house and was happy with it. I called to schedule an appointment and they got back to me within an hour. Very speedy response time professional and quality work. I will be needing a furnace in the near future and will definitely go through them!

Andy was recommended by a church friend and I am so glad I listened! Andy mercifully made time to come over and fix our 30 year old AC. We talked while he worked and it was clear he knew what he was doing (15y of experience) and loved it. After about an hour it was running again. Andy was honest and straightforward through the whole process, his prices were surprisingly reasonable, and he was a joy to work with. I've found my lifetime heating and cooling guys.

We used Andy to fix our central air unit. He had great service and was able to figure out our issues and get ac working again for us. We have had other repairmen come out and they seem to always say you need a new ac unit. However, Andy was very honest and actually will repair your ac. Highly recommend, will definitely hire him again.

My wife and I have been struggling for MONTHS trying to figure out what the issue was with our AC/FURNACE. We have the Centerpoint appliance maintenance plan and the guys would come out and say the same issue over and over “it’s a fuse. They would change the fuse and then it would work anywhere from a few days to a couple of weeks. Finally we asked Andy James Heating and Cooling to come out and take a look at it and Let me just say, Andy was the greatest AC / HEATING person we have encountered throughout this entire process. He came in, looked at the model furnace and AC we had and knew exactly what was going on. Not only did he fix the issue, he gave us some amazing recommendations to maximize airflow throughout the home, whilst staying budget friendly. I’ll forever recommend my friends and family to AJH&C because of how prompt and excellent the work was!

Andy and his team were professional, courteous and thorough in completing their tasks. The team went over all the installs and features such as filters to WiFi thermostat, they provided superior service and I am pleased with the final outcome. I was in a pinch on super bowl Sunday when blower quit working on furnace, Called Andy and he came out and diagnosed and replaced. Working great now! Highly recommend!
