This company is AMAZING! I rehab houses for a living and am also a realtor, and in all my years, no one compares to TC Heating and Air. Wymond, the owner is honest and they always deliver. 100% recommend this company for any and all HVAC needs!

Service from alex was great. He didn't have the part we needed but he came back to make sure our furnace still worked until we could get the part.

Twin City air does not give you a price quote over the phone. All I needed was a Freon charge for my air conditioner. I went with this company over others because they said they waive the inspection fee if I actually use their service. I thought it’d be cheaper.

When they inspected my AC they told me it would cost $695 for the Freon. That is a ridiculous price, and the fact that they would not give me a quote over the phone led me to waste $95 for inspecting something that I already knew was needed.

Mike was a nice guy, but I felt duped by the company.

David W. was very good, very professional. Showed me the items that were wearing out without the hard sell. He was supported by technology that helped move things along. I can't recommend these guys higher. We'll call next we need the help and will ask for David.

My experience with Twin Cities Heating and AC was very positive. I needed a HVAC certification. They came out as scheduled and I was pleased with their service. My dealings with Wymond, as well as those working in his company were professional and I felt like this is a very honest, reliable business. I will call them again with any future heating or AC needs.

Got my heat going within 30mins of arriving.
Just a little disappointed on pricing.
I was called by there service rep that they had to cancel my app due to the fact that they don’t service manufactured home Furnaces. I called another company and was quoted $250 for the repair minutes later the service rep called to cancel.
Once I got home the tech was already knocking on my door. I told him that they cancel and that he said had it on his route so I told him what my Furnace needed to be repaired on
I was quoted $120 more then the other company quoted me.
The Technician couldn’t really tell me the break down on why it was so high just to replace a Igniter.
