Twin City Heating, Air, and Electric

About 6 months ago we decided to get a furnace put in our garage and began shopping around. We contacted Twin City and Mitch came out and talked with us, made some suggestions and gave us a fair, no pressure quote. We decided to go with them and everyone we talked and worked with was professional, helpful, and friendly. They were extremely helpful every step of the way including dealing with city inspectors, setting up a zero interest loan, and making sure our furnace worked exactly as it should. We’ve had it a couple of months now and couldn’t be happier with it or the service we received. We highly recommend Twin City Heating and Air.

Excellent service every step of the way when I bought a new furnace and air conditioner. They helped me find what I wanted and made sure I had the tax paperwork for the high efficiency credits. The technicians were super polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. I signed up for their monthly program and am happy to be one of their long-term customers.

I called (Oct. 11th, '22) because our 2 yr old Carrier furnace wasn't working. I searched several companies online and chose Twin City Heating & Air because I wanted to get their join the Comfort Care Program. I called them for an appointment and mentioned that the heat was not working and we had an appointment the next day. I received a text when the tech was on the way along with his photo and a short bio. Our technician, Alex Smythe showed up on time and walked me through his findings. Several installation errors were found, one shorted out the igniter box and another needed to be redesigned. (the fresh air return pipe was located above the igniter motor and condensation dripped on it) We had one very cold day while waiting on parts but he was back the following day and got us all fixed up. (10-14-22) Wonderful to have heat again. I'm looking forward to the yearly tune-ups for the furnace and A/C. Alex is wonderful and explained everything to me when I asked him to show me the changes he'd made. Very nice and friendly young man.

These guys came out to setup our new furnace and left it half finished. Not only that, but they left the exhaust open inside our house. The kids turned on the heat due to cold weather and that was when we smelled gas (exhaust). Centerpointe Energy was called out for an emergency due to a gas smell and found they did not bother to vent the exhaust out. The furnace was red tagged. It was finally fixed but it could have ended badly for my family if we had went to bed that night due to the carbon monoxide.

I went on to a community page and this company was recommended to me for my needs. I called and they were able to come out in a timely manner. Kelsey helped me with a ton of electrical issues and knew exactly what he was doing and he explained everything clearly so that I understood what was happening. He was open to answering more questions as he was working and made reasonable and affordable solutions. He was early and stayed for almost 9 hours working to get the job done.

David came out and took care of my AC problems. He too was knowledgeable and efficient.

This company and their employees are absolutely amazing. They all made the process simple from the quote to the financing to the work getting done. I will definitely hire them again if need be

We chose TC heating and Air to update our electrical from knob and tube. Their electrician Kelsey was very helpful throughout the entire process giving us consistent updates while completing the job earlier then expected.

Twin City Heating and Air came out and our because our furnace was not working and after finding the problem, the part was over half the cost of a new furnace so we opted to replace instead of repair. they furnished so temporary heaters to keep us warm until their installation crew could get to us. they were very easy to work with and they did a superb job!
