We had Twin City Heating and Air out to repair our furnace. The tech was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They replaced the blower motor on our furnace and it cost less than I expected.

Just great! Had an AC issue on a hot Friday night. The owner, Wymond, called right back and came and fixed our problem on Saturday at 8 am. He was fast, quick to diagnose, and unbelievably friendly.

My furnace went out when it was -10 overnight. Even though their workload was assuredly heavy due to recent frigid weather, they arrived within 2hrs when I called in the morning. Steve was thorough, and gave me solid documentation on all the items he worked on.

Ricky was the service technician that tuned up our furnace. He was professional, friendly, and explained what he was going to do before he got started. Customer service was top notch from booking to completion.
