Every single person I’ve come in contact with has been wonderful, from the people who answer the phones to the technicians that have come to our home. Always professional and very responsive. We did have a few equipment issues at the beginning and they corrected the problem immediately. Every time I’ve needed them to come out they were here the same day and took care off the problem. I highly recommend them. You won’t be disappointed!

These guys are great !! I used them recently when I needed my furnace inspected and tuned up. They showed up on time, masked up and did a video of the unit first. They spotted a crack in heat exchanger in my 20 year old furnace. He explained that it was common in the Brand and model. After showing cost difference between repair or replace the unit I chose to replace it. The new one was replaced timely and was fairly priced ! Note : I had other companies service this unit and crack was never found. Experienced techs are important ! Great company, use them !

I received such wonderful and prompt service when I purchased my new furnace a few years back, so when my air conditioning needed replacement this summer I naturally gave Twin City Heating and Air another call. They did not disappoint, and even supplied a portable ac at no charge to use in the brief time that I was waiting for installment of new air conditioner. We hired Twin City Heating and Air for a routine furnace check and tune up. From start to finish the communication was top notch. Alex updated us on his arrival time, estimated how long he would be at the task and was very thorough in his explanation of the work he did. I highly recommend Twin City Heating and Air.

I have to say that the experience I had with Twin Cities Heating and Air, specifically Wymond, was fantastic. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and overall a great guy. He was able to resolve the issue with my heater in approximately 30 minutes and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to anyone who was in search of this particular service!

My husband and I are remodeling our basement, and sought help from another HVAC company referred to us by our realtor, that did the initial work and installed a new A/C unit. After inspection, more work was needed. We turned to our previous company to come back out to complete work, and they said 5 to 6 weeks later they would try to work us in. We looked for help elsewhere, and Twin City Heating and Air stepped up They gave us and estimate within two days and completed the work within a week. We will never recommed the other company, but will recommed Twin City Heating and Air to anyone. They did a great job, and we are pleased!

We called several places that claimed they were 24 hour service and they're the only ones that came out. I think we got the owner too - so appreciative they were able to get our furnace functional until they could get a part after the weekend. We had them install our Aprilaire as well and will use them in the future! Thank you!

Twin City Heating and Air saved me! Our AC went out this past weekend when it felt like 95 degrees. Wymond (the owner) was able to pull a technician from across the city to come out and Alex took great care of us. We were up and running in short order. Great work and at a reasonable price. When other companies couldn't get out to work on our air conditioner this past summer, the owner came out and fixed it in no time for a nominal fee. We hired them again this January to install ductwork for our new bathroom and they got it done when we needed it and for much less than anybody else. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs heating and air work done right.
