Great customer service and installation! I am really pleased with my interactions with Ryan and Arctic Mechanical. I did the 16 SEER Communicating unit for future proofing and the Energy Star qualification. As an environmental professional that certification is important to me. This unit uses a more environmentally friendly refrigerant, R-410. My previous unit was R12 which is significantly worse than the R410. Happy to have my AC unit replaced and finally be done with my 2017 Hail Storm repairs.

I highly recommend Arctic Mechanical for furnace repair and furnace maintenance. My furnace would not turn on, so I tried to find furnace repair near me. Although they were not close, I was surprised how quickly the repairman arrived and the price was very reasonable. What amazed me the most is how quickly he diagnosed the problem. The furnace code said the problem was one thing, but the repairman quickly realized that the code was incorrect and the real faulty part was actually the part that diagnosed the problem. Most repairmen would logically replace the part the furnace says is faulty, but he correctly replaced the right part and it works perfectly!

Arctic Mechanical was extremely responsive, easy to work with, and knowledgeable. Our furnace broke overnight and while other companies were unable to come out until days later, Ryan was at our house within an hour. Unbeatable responsiveness! We knew our furnace needed to be replaced and we were already shopping around for quotes. Arctic Mechanical provided a very competitive bid AND was able to install our new furnace the following day (plus get our old furnace working for the in between timeframe). We highly recommend Arctic Mechanical for any HVAC needs. The men that came out were professional, friendly, and informative. We greatly appreciate their quick and expert assistance.

Artic Mechanical was excellent to work with replacing our AC unit. We got on their schedule very easily and quickly. The workers showed up when they said they would and were very good at keeping us informed of the process and if they had any questions. Overall it was a great experience and we would recommend them.
