Excellent Service. They ran heat and air to our 3 season porch which was being renovated to dining room/master bedroom a while back. Couldn't be happier with the work they performed. That is why I called them out today after our AC went out. I forgot to clean out the cotton wood mess this year. They were out same day and had me up going quickly. I was sure it was the contact switch, but Ryan walked me through testing it to determine it was actually a limit switch that had been tripped. He could have easily ran up a hefty bill, but didn't. Ryan is top notch. I never think about calling anyone else but Arctic Mechanical!

Ryan saved my bacon in July and again in September! We'd just returned from a HOT day at the USA Cup and the house was 81 degrees and steamy. Called Ryan and he was able to get the parts needed (found the only available compatible AC condenser motor in the metro area) and get our AC working again that afternoon!

On September 2nd I came home to a warm house and after running some tests myself called Ryan for advice. He was already home for the day but came over and was able to quickly diagnose a power issue and get the AC back on line again! Ryan has been very accommodating and professional I would recommend him to anyone. He's down to earth and knows people just want things done right and for a reasonable price.

Being first time homeowners with a broken AC unit, is a lot to take in. Not really knowing who to call, who has good prices. We just randomly picked. We had called Artic Mechanical with no answer, called other places with super high prices, now not knowing what to do, Artic Mechanical actually returned our missed call! :D! Ryan was super nice and very eager to help us out, he came and took a look at our AC, told us the pros and cons of keeping a 24 year old AC unit, which then we decided to get a new one, with that Ryan was really good and didn't try to pressure us for the best, he wanted something that we can afford so his wife and him were able to give us at least 3 options to choose from that would best fit our needs. We picked one and they did come install it as well. We are very satisfied with the business we had with them and forsure have them in mind for anything AC/Furnace related!

I rarely writereviews, but when you have an experience as GREAT as the one that Ryan and his Staff provided me I had to write about it. I just wanted to say that they were on top of this project from moment #1. They were responsive, professional, kind, and most importantly walked me through every part of the process so I could fully understand what was going on and what I can do in the future to keep my cooling system clean and running correctly. They were also very clean throughout the whole process and left my house cleaner than it was before they came. Finally the air conditioner was working perfectly on day one!!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ryan and his staff to anyone looking for heating or cooling products.

Last month our furnace went out on a cold night unfortunately we were planning on listing our home 2 days later. Called Ryan in the morning he got to our home early that afternoon and got our furnace started. He let us know we needed a furnace as this one wasn't gonna last much longer. Said to call him if we wanted one put in...and didn't even charge us for getting our old furnace started. We ended up calling him later that night to ask him about a furnace. 2 days later we had a brand new furnace at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone to service or install a furnace. Very easy to work with and his response time was impeccable. Thanks again Ryan!!!

Our AC went out after a storm and after one rough night without it, Arctic Mechanical got us on the schedule the same day we called. Jerry came out and right away found the issue. He showed me what was wrong, explained the likely cause and what he would have to do to fix it. He wrote up a quote before he got to work so that I knew what we were getting into. He had the parts replaced within an hour and we were good to go! Being almost 8 months pregnant with 3 dogs in the house, we were all so appreciative to have the AC up and running again. Highly recommend Jerry and Arctic Mechanical!

My air conditioner stopped working last spring and now that it started getting hot, we remembered. My sister found Arctic Mechanical through a Google search. She called in the evening and Ryan offered to stop out that very night on his way home. He was able to fix the issue very quickly and informed my sister on how to fix that particular issue if it happens again. Thank you Ryan for your help! We will definitely be recommending you to our friends and family!

Wow these guys are so helpful and nice! It’s freezing cold out and our furnace stopped working on a Friday night. I called Arctic Mechanical and got a call back in ten minutes, they were able to walk me through some troubleshooting and solve the issue in another ten minutes. I am so thankful! I will definitely be using them again!

Arctic Mechanical provided stellar service. I noticed cold air was not coming out of A/C, so I called on a Monday afternoon mainly to get on the list for a service call. One of their technicians, Don, called me back and was in the area, so came right over. He diagnosed the problem, helped me clean my (embarrassing dirty) air filters, and I was up and running. A great company providing fast, honest, pleasant service.
