Arctic Mechanical

Reached out to Arctic Mechanical after having a not so savory experience with a larger HVAC company. Needed some work done on repairing/modernizing a multi zone HVAC system for our 2 story house in Fridley, MN. Ryan was excellent to work with, communicated everything very thoroughly, and was patient when our lives got busy and we fell off the face of the earth. The work was done promptly and professionally, and was an all around excellent experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have HVAC work done in the area.

Owner Sarah and her team were fantastic. They were able to come out the same day, find a non-common replacement part to keep our furnace running until they installed our replacement furnace that is much more efficient. We had a challenging space and they were able to do the removal/installation with little problem. My wife Katy and I highly recommend Artic Mechanical!

Artic Mechanical came by the same day that I called to come see my A/C unit and replace it the next day. Ryan was super helpful and really straight forward. I had a previous HVAC contractor (relative) who told me what was wrong already but he does not have the permit to do this work, and Ryan was super knowledgeable and practically said the same issues that was mentioned already. They were also greatly priced compared to 3 other HVAC companies that I called to come inspect my A/C unit and had preferable and good warranties. Would highly recommend Artic Mechanical.

Amazing company right here. I had my furnace go out over night and Ryan shows up at my house that morning at 9am! They adjusted their schedule so they could squeeze me in first and get me back up and running. Had another issue that came later in the same day causing the house to not heat up fully. Ryan came back at 7:30 on a Friday night to correct the problem. I can not recommend this company enough and want to thank them for everything they did to fit me into their busy schedule and get my furnace back up and running.
