Arctic Mechanical

I had a great experience with Arctic Mechanical. They were able to come on short notice and do all of the hvac work for our home addition. The guys were great and they cleaned up better than any of the other subs.

Definitely recommend Arctic! Very reliable and trustworthy. Their prices are great too! We had them install a new AC unit last summer and couldn’t be happier.

Arctic Mechanical is fast and reliable! The A/C at one of rental unit was not working and just blowing warm air. During the busiest summer season they were able to squeeze sometimes to look into our A/C within a day. They were honest and told us that the problem was with the bad compressor. Since it is an old unit and getting close to its age replacing an outdated compressor would cost as much as replacing a new A/C unit. From sale to technician they were quick in responding and had new AC unit installed next day. I couldn't be happier with our new A/C unit. Very respectful of this company. Would highly recommend!

Thank Artic Mechancial! My air conditioner died when we were having a Minnesota 90 degree weekend! I found Artic Mechancial through Google. Emailed them and got a quick, supportive and accomodating response. Later, I got a call from Ryan to schedule a time and he diagnosed my situation over the phone to see if the problem was something I could do or more complex (change filter or check fuses). I don't know a lot of electrical terminology but, Ryan was able to figure out what I was describing. He was timely even though he had had a full day before me. Jerry and Ryan were able to assess the problem and had it fixed in 20 minutes! We discussed maintenance options for the future. I would recommend Artic Mechancial in a heartbeat for anyone! Artic Mechancial is economical, efficient, professional, honest and showed a lot of integrity for their customers and business! Way to go Artic Mechancial! Thank you!

A few days go my AC went out and ha been sleeping in a travel trailer in my driveway since it has been in the upper 80's! All of this started on Monday and I called CenterPoint Energy to see if they could come out to look t it and they said they couldn't be out until Saturday. I then contacted Arctic Mechanical. He was out to my house that day. He did what he needed to do to my AC while explaining to me what he was doing and why it needed to be done and with in maybe 2 hours, I'm sitting in my living room with my AC working better than ever! I would and will recommend Arctic Mechanical to anyone who need service on their AC or furnace. Over all great experience!

Furnace wasn't working, I looked up a local business near my house in Mounds View and called them up. A nice woman answered the phone, let me know that her husband was right in the area so he'd be over real quick.

Won't get fast response times from a big business or the nice prices, I'm sitting here feeling nice and warm as I type this thanks to my furnace being fixed within an hour of calling! I'll be calling these folks if I have any issues in the future

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this company! Yesterday our remodeling carpenter accidentally hit a gas line. We had a small leak. I called Arctic Mechanical and -NO EXAGGERATION- within 25 minutes they were here to fix it!!! They are polite experts, courteous and understanding to home owners. Class acts. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
