Called on a Friday and John came out on Saturday morning and looked at the unit to see the problem. He described the problem, had the solution to fix and scheduled a time on Monday morning to come out to fix. He arrived on time and had the unit fixed in a timely manner. Definitely recommend it to others.

I selected Gordon's based on the great reviews and them being a small company near my house. My experience with them could not possibly have been worse. My husband called to try to get some further help shortly after the "service" and got hung up on!! He also tried to visit at this address to discuss the issues we had and there is no front desk. So we are just out $300 and a ton of wasted time.

The first day, they just didn't show up at the appointed time and Ihad to call and be told they would be late, then enventually got a call after 5 pm saying they would come the next day.

The tech who came to our house was named Blake. As far as I can tell, he had no qualifications whatsoever- he didn't even understand the basics of how condensation works. He took an insane amount of time just trying to find our vents in our attic, and he tried to get me to go up a rickety ladder in the attic with him when I was hugely pregnant- there was, in his own words, nothing specific to show me up there. His final solution for us was to disconnect the . He showed up WITHOUT BASIC TOOLS LIKE A FLASHLIGHT and FACE MASK, and had crazy trouble getting tape to stick to the HVAC parts.

The whole experience was surreal and felt like a giant scam some guy was running out of his truck. I regret agreeing to pay the fees- $150 just for them to show up + $150 for an hour of "work", but I honestly felt physically uncomfortable with the tech in my house and wanted him gone.

I don't understand why my experience was so different from everyone else's, but it was bad enough that I feel compelled to write this review, though this all occurred some months ago.

Gordon was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He clarified everything he was checking as well as what problems we were having with our Nest/AC unit so I could understand it. Would strongly endorsed him and Gordon's Heating And Cooling to any of my friends or family!!

What an awesome crew and company. I have had a few of the techs come out and do work and they are all very professional and came just to get the job done. All were very nice and courteous. I spoke to the owner a couple times and had an excellent experience and prices we’re very fair for the work that was being done. Highly recommend this company.

After reading the reviews,I decided to give Gordon's Heating And Cooling a try. Happily, they lived up to their reputation.The technician not only fixed the problem but took the time to educate me about our system and patiently walked me through my maintenance options.Highly recommended.

Joel is one of the most knowledgeable and squared away technicians I have encountered, and I am old enough to be retired. He clearly is professionally first rate, very personable, and should be in a supervisory if not management position. At minimum, he should be one of your top paid people. He is a definite asset to your company. The next time I need service, please send Joel.

Good experience working with Joel who showed up to our home for a quotation for central a/c. They gave us a fair price and installed the system as they had quoted. Very happy we did this.Will highly recommend.

Joel and Trevor just finished. They were incredible. They were very responsive for a Saturday. They were punctual and did outstanding work. I'd hire them again and will recommend them without hesitation.

The crew was professional and friendly. They also cleaned up everything indoors and outdoors before they wrapped up. We're very happy with the service provided and highly recommend this company.

Very unprofessional and unreliable company. Made an appointment for a furnace reading repair, and was told someone would arrive between 8-10am the next day. Nobody showed up, and after several calls to the office was told that all technicians were now busy for several days and I should try another company. Hard to believe these clowns are in business.
