I called Gordon's when my AC went out and they took a $300 deposit from me and promised someone would be out that same day in a 4 hour window. I waited and called to check someone was still coming but no one showed up.

When I called again they "rescheduled" me for a 4 hour window the next day. Three hours into the window, I called and they assured me I would be prioritized since they missed me yesterday. After the 4 hour window closed, I called again and they said someone could still come just a little late. No one came. The next day I called and got my deposit back. I'd rather do business with someone who keeps their word.

Don't bother scheduling with these people. They will promise you they'll come out but never show up. Don't waste your time. They only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 is that they at least gave me my money back without a fight.

I was very impressed with the work done by the technician, James, from this HVAC company. He arrived promptly and was very professional and courteous. James was very knowledgeable about the issue with my furnace and provided me with several different options for repair. He was very patient with my questions and was able to complete the job in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this HVAC company and James to anyone in need of quality service. My furnace quit running on a cold January day, it was 35 degrees inside, I had an emergency on my hands. Made an appointment for that day with Gorgon's, I was assured a tech. would show up between 3-6. by 6 no-one had arrived, and no-one had called. I called them, they said, "now they were to busy to come and asked, would I like to reschedule for Friday? When I pointed out that was 3 days from now and by then all my water pipes would freeze. I asked, why did you set up the appointment? why didn't you call me back as soon as you knew you could not make it so I would have had time to find someone else to do the job? silence and then, "I'm sorry" Are you kidding me!

5 star service from start to finish. Within 2 hrs of my initial enquiry Greg arrived to survey the premises and spent time with me to explain the different options available. Just one week later and his crew were onsite to install two new air conditioning units. Great service at a fantastic price, thank you.

Gordon's Heating and Cooling Service is fast, friendly and fair. We had an issue with our AC on a 100* day and called them that morning. They were there within 2 hrs and fixed the issue. Only charging me for an inspection even though they had to do some other work. So far they have replaced our 20+ yr old furnace for far less than others quoted as well as repaired our AC twice for a fair price. Would highly recommend them.

I have been using Gordon's Heating and Cooling Service for years to maintain and fix any heating and cooling concerns. As a club member, I do receive annual maintenance for my furnace and AC unit. After getting my AC unit recently tuned up for the season, it did not work during an extremely hot weekend. I called the company on Monday morning and they sent me a repairman. He was professional and quickly found and fixed the problem. I highly recommend their services.

I felt very comfortable With my technician because he listened to my issues and his feedback/assessment was honest, instead of up-selling anything/everything.
