John was our tech. Great guy, really knowledgeable, and very professional. Work was done fast and explained the ‘why’ behind everything he recommended. Signed us up for the family plan which based on the discount we got for signing up, the plan has already half paid for itself. Really looking forward to our continued interactions with Arrowhead Heating & Air!

John handle the situation very well. He was very polite and help me to understand the entire problem and what he needed to do in order to have my both units working properly. I highly recommend him. He is very professional, and most off all it is so nice to see someone enjoys what they do and take a lot of pride in ensuring that the customer is satisfied.

John was very knowledgeable and highly skilled at his job while servicing the AC in our home. He informed me of everything that was taking place with the heat and air system, took photos and showed the inside of the unit to me as well. I would like to strongly recommend his services and will hire him over again if need be. He is a rock star!!

Probably the best customer service you could ask for when the cold snap hits and your heat is not working. They came late in the evening to help. They installed a new furnace 24 hours after we met the sales representative. Tech was outstanding too. Very personable and informed.

We now have a nice cool house. We really appreciated the fact that he arrived as scheduled and presented himself in a friendly and professional manner. It was apparent that he knew exactly what to do to diagnose and fix the problem with our AC. Will continue hiring him.

They did for us two separate installs; one ducted and one ductless A/C. Both were done professionally and in good time. I would hire them again and refer my friends to them. Fantastic services!!
