I was able to get a great deal on a DeWalt impact wrench. I purchased online at Grainger's website and picked it up at this location. This pickup process was a breeze. They even have curbside pickup if you're interested.

I am disappointed because I know they have the pieces that I have was looking for. But they preferred to send me another store to get that pieces. I think they need to improve the customer service skills and they need to show more interest in try to help. Walked in to see if they had a Fuse for My Dryer, waited a few minutes then the Blonde Lady in the pick-up area helped me and knew exactly what I was looking for , she got my part and all I had to do was check out, Super easy and liked that She helped to speed up the process, Thanks A+++++++++

Stopped in at the Bloomington store for the first time to ask about having a capacitor checked. Excellent service! Rep greeted me with a welcoming attitude and was happy to help. Even after the capacitor checked out to be good, the guys brainstormed ideas as to the problem with my compressor. First impression is a lasting impression. I'll be back.

We found what we needed online and drove to Bloomington to pick it up. we didn't realize the store would not be open because of Covid19. Someone came out to the car and took our order but the price was higher than it was on the web. Lesson learned, Buy on the web.
